Great location, within walking distance to tourist attractions and plenty of food options nearby. The hotel is a bit old overall, and cleanliness could be improved. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered good variety.

hotel rooms are so so but if you can get a harbor view room! It's stunning ! never get tired of the harbor activities and the lights ! I enjoyed the breakfast with the window seat watching the boats going by !

Very happy with my stay here! Great location, the hotel is super clean and staff were friendly. The bed is super comfortable! Free coffee and water and a few snacks at the reception. The only downside was the cleaning staff making lots of noise at 8am on a Saturday morning but I had to get up anyway. I’d come back for sure.

Easy to find the location. The owner were very understanding and kind since we arrived almost late from the check in time, they speak english. The view were so beautiful especially at night. There is an in-house police in the building as well as 711 convenience store. And outside there are lots of convenience store to be found. The train station is very near too. And also the elavator is very spacious.

The hotel was nice. The Bathroom was clean and nice hot shower. The water pressure was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the Air conditioning was nice. The staff were helpful. During my stay, I felt peaceful and there was no noise. The only thing I felt uncomfortable was the lighting. I felt the bathroom lighting was very dim. There were only 2 small light bulbs in the bathroom. I feel the bathroom should be well lit. The bathroom was dim and dark. 

The environment is lovely and the views are excellent, especially given its location in Sizihwan, offering fantastic value for money. Breakfast was also quite good, making it definitely worth a return visit! There's a snack bar available in the lobby, and it's within walking distance of the Ferry Pier and Xinbin Beach. *The coffee was quite bitter; hopefully, this can be improved for an even better experience. 😊

The location is good, very close to Bok 2, within 10 minutes walk, there is a night market outside the hotel on Saturday very convenient, unfortunately when checking in encountered heavy rain, many stalls are not open. The hotel to take the light rail/orange line MRT is within 10-15 minutes walk, which is convenient. Unfortunately, there is no convenience store nearby, but it is quite close to walk to Quanlian on the 2nd side. Each floor of the hotel has a water machine with hot and cold water supply, enough charging positions in the room, there are many TV stations to choose from, the shower is powerful enough, the air conditioning is cold enough. However, after turning on the air conditioner, the vent cover plate on the ceiling of the bed would be ****** up a little, which was a bit strange, however it did not fall off without much attention.

This hotel is very close to the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center LRT station, and there's a convenience store right next door. The staff were very helpful, giving us a good rundown of the surrounding area. The room itself was quite spacious and came with everything you'd expect: a TV, bottled water, hairdryer, towels, fridge, shampoo, and shower gel. The only minor issues were the toilet's flush, which seemed a bit weak – I had to flush 2-3 times after a number two (though that might just have been my room), and the shower stall was a bit on the small side. However, the bed was super comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, I'd still recommend this place!

City Suites in Kaoshiong is perfect location due to short 1 minute walk to Tram(LRT), the rooms are very spacious, good bathroom concept with the options all given...soundproofing is good and well served by 3 lifts. The check-in process is very very efficient and is very customer oriented and allow guests to get to the rooms fast! Highly recommended!

Good location and clean. All staff friendly and willing to help. Near Central Park which you can take a relaxing walk in the morning and evening with beautiful Santa Claus house decorations.
