The room was tiny, and the facilities were old and outdated. The bathroom amenities were also very basic. The only upside was the hotel's close proximity to the beach.

hotel rooms are so so but if you can get a harbor view room! It's stunning ! never get tired of the harbor activities and the lights ! I enjoyed the breakfast with the window seat watching the boats going by !

The location is very ideal, just near the Pier 2 Penglai Station of the light rail. To walk to Hama Star, you only need to pass through the Railway Cultural and Creative Zone. The hotel's breakfast is very good, with many choices, delivered to the door. On Sundays only, you can go to the eighth floor to enjoy the Chinese buffet breakfast. I highly recommend the braised pork turnips, which can be mixed with rice or poured into sweet potato porridge. The flush toilet in the bathroom is really great. It's a nice little touch during my recent stay, but it's 100% considerate. Kaohsiung is an old city with a new concept that is worth savoring. If you choose the Pier 2 area, you can have fun for several days. It only takes more than ten minutes to go to nearby Cijin and Xiziwan. Also, there is a night market downstairs on Saturdays. Be sure to pay attention. Don’t miss the experience of eating various ********* delicacies at home all night long. Don’t complain about your small belly or lack of money.

The environment is lovely and the views are excellent, especially given its location in Sizihwan, offering fantastic value for money. Breakfast was also quite good, making it definitely worth a return visit! There's a snack bar available in the lobby, and it's within walking distance of the Ferry Pier and Xinbin Beach. *The coffee was quite bitter; hopefully, this can be improved for an even better experience. 😊

The room is efficiently laid out with a window-side reading table and chairs, plus an outdoor balcony seating area. You can enjoy the harbor view from the window. — There's only a reception lobby, no other public facilities. It's family-friendly, but if you're sensitive to noise, ask in advance not to be near the family rooms or the elevator. The layout is straightforward. The hallways don't have carpet, so you might want to be mindful of soundproofing. The room amenities, including pillows, bed, and bathroom, are all excellent. Worth a visit!

Located next to Pier 2 making the harbour walk easy & nice, however, it is in a terribly noisy location where buses, coaches dropping tourists, garbage trucks working in the early mornings and people walking towards the pier talking and laughing loudly etc It is about 15 mins taxi ride to Central Park etc The city and water view were nice. However the facilities and the hotel itself were dated. Balcony lock was not working in either room we stayed in. The water pressure in the bathroom was not strong at level 5. Thr bathroom set up is uncomfortable. Beds were not quality ones. The slippers were really cheap quality. Amenities were pretty limited. Breakfast buffet finishes at 9:30 not 10:00. The staff when we checked in was cold. Performed her job but not welcoming.

The location is good, within walking distance to a large shopping mall, but it fell a bit below my expectations. If it were 200-300 a night, it would be acceptable, but on the weekend, it was over 600. The hygiene was just average, and many facilities were old and outdated. It didn't feel like a brand new hotel opened in 2024, more like a renovated one. The hygiene definitely needs to be improved or completely overhauled.

The hotel was nice. The Bathroom was clean and nice hot shower. The water pressure was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the Air conditioning was nice. The staff were helpful. During my stay, I felt peaceful and there was no noise. The only thing I felt uncomfortable was the lighting. I felt the bathroom lighting was very dim. There were only 2 small light bulbs in the bathroom. I feel the bathroom should be well lit. The bathroom was dim and dark. 

Very good experience. There’s many snacks and free drink Toilet is very clean and have a nice bathtub with hot water for bathing One room for improvement is the TV volume control seems intentionally adjust to very small volume given at its full volume. Probably becos the rooms are not very sound proof? But I had a hard time listening or watching Netflix with even the loudest volume in volume control … Breakfast is ok. Will deliver to your room but the quality of food can have improvement In general still a nice place to stay Will stay again if needed
