I had THE best stay here when I was in Lijiang. Everything was perfect - cleanliness, service (the hosts were so helpful and nice!!), the view and the location… it made my trip unforgettable and I highly recommend this place. Would definitely book again next time.

Getting to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is a breeze, making it an ideal base for early start hikes or sunset chasing! The rooms are spacious and modern, decked out with smart amenities, plush bedding, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful when i mentioned that i was experiencing altitude sickness, providing me with warm tea and oxygen cans. Hotel also owns a dog called San Jin; he's a favorite among guests

I am Delightfully Amazed by this renowned famous Banyan Tree Hotel. It is such a Beautifully Constructed Hotel with West Lake like Environment surrounding with Villas giving you a Big Beautiful Chinese style Garden Ambience. I am lucky to get a Free Upgrade to a Villa with Swimming Pools and Jade Dragon Mountain View right in front of Bedroom with a Garden (many thanks to their front office staffs). What impressed me the Most is all their Staffs are so Well Trained on All the Details Focusing on giving you the Best Services that Anyone would ask for. 5 Stars to their Top Management Direction, Management Implementation, All Ground Staffs Dedication to giving World Class Services. Their Restaurant Foods Quality is also very Good and at very Reasonable Pricing for a 5 Stars Restaurant. Do get their Restaurant Breakfast Package which is really Worth it for their Variety and Good Quality Foods. I will highly Recommend this Hotel for anyone that is Visiting Lijiang as even their Location is Perfect at the Middle of the 3 ancient towns so traveling around is within 10-25mins and away from the noisy busy ancient towns. It's my first time spending so much time and efforts to give this honest review because i simply think the Whole Banyan Tree Team deserves it. Impressed, Amazing, Enjoyable, Enchanting, Great Experience, It's a Only Hotel that I will Stay in Lijiang (i cancelled other hotel and extended another 2 more days in Banyan Tree)

We had amazing 3 days here in the hotel thanks to Paul and the staff lady (Xiaosu). They answered all of our questions, gave awesome recommendations, and took care of us from the little details. Room is very clean, tidy with an amazing rooftop view. Definitely recommend!

The rooms offer unobstructed views of the snow-capped mountains, perfect for capturing stunning photos of the sunrise over the peaks or the sunset. Enjoying tea with friends on the platform while gazing at the snow-capped mountains creates a truly immersive atmosphere. The room facilities are brand new, featuring smart curtains and a separate shower and toilet – the attention to detail is impeccable. The breakfast and afternoon tea are incredibly generous, and there's even a BBQ buffet in the evening. You could practically relax all day without leaving the hotel! The complimentary laundry service is a wonderful touch. The butler service is superb; they respond instantly to any questions and even arranged airport pickup, saving you a lot of trouble. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, with authentic Naxi cuisine within walking distance. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable, and I've already recommended it to everyone planning a trip to Lijiang!
