GGuest UserBest hotel in the world.💥 Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite. I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly! We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us! The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed. The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce). The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices. Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts. The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?! When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.” Truly love this hotel!

GGuest UserCleanliness: Very quick. Environment: Rooms are clean. Amenities: Complete. Service: From the front desk, the manager, to the air conditioner technician, everyone was very friendly. The front desk lady made coffee, and the technician even put a towel under the stool. The manager was very helpful and helpful. Overall, it was very good.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and well-equipped. The staff were very enthusiastic, and the breakfast was abundant. They even have robots that deliver items promptly. The room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping lady provided excellent service.

GGuest UserThe lobster restaurant and barbecue restaurant next to it are both very good, and it's also right next to Dream Mall, which is really great. I recommend staying here. The front desk is also very quick to resolve issues without delay. The restaurant next to it is also very good, and the Gan Canteen is quite good. The fresh meat pie on this street is absolutely amazing, very delicious, highly recommended.

Location and Convenience: The apartment is at an excellent location, being very close to the metro station, convenient stores, and three major shopping malls. Service and Support: The customer support is friendly, highly responsive on WeChat, and responds in a timely manner. Accommodation Quality: The room is clean, tidy, well-designed, and features new furniture.
