First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff, especially Lisa, for being so responsive and prompt on WeChat whenever we had questions. I would also like to express my appreciation to the two security staff members who were always kind and willing to help push my mom’s wheelchair — their assistance truly meant a lot to us. I had read several comments saying that the breakfast was not very good, but personally I found it quite sumptuous. I especially enjoyed the freshly made 米线, which was a wonderful touch. The hotel location is quiet and feels very safe, as it is just opposite an army camp. It is also very close to the train station, making it convenient to travel to Wuyi Square. Taking a taxi to other places of interest is very affordable as well. Overall, we are very satisfied with the excellent service and the thoughtful little gift from the staff. It truly made our stay more memorable.

Love the hotel. Rooms very clean, all hotel staff very nice and friendly especially 小刘. As we had many parcels from taobao 小刘 help us arranged for a few staff to delivered the parcels up to the room instead of us having to carry up from the lobby The hotel location is also perfect, near the metro station entrance and only a few stops away from popular spots. Only downside is that the metro station nearest to the hotel has no elevator or escalator downwards. Travellers with large luggage will have to carry down or walk further to find the entrance with lift.

Hotel is less than 10mins on foot to Yinbing Rd MRT (Line 2). Bed and pillow are comfortable that in the end we bought pillows from the hotel. Concierge staff and housekeepers provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are washing machines and dryers in the hotel. The staff will help to put the clothings into the dryer after the washing has done, and folded the clothings after the drying. One plus point, you can check the washer/dryer availability through the tv before going down to do the laundry. Breakfast is good, at least main dishes are not repeated. I like the oat soya milk dispense from the machine. Though the hotel deserves a 5* rating but I would like to give 2 suggestions to the hotel - to have a bench for the luggage otherwise we have to sit on the floor to pack the luggage. Second, to have more lighting points or replace some dim lights to white lights. Lastly, when you exit the hotel and turn left, there is a Cha Yan Yue Se. Besides Cha Yan, there is a local eatery selling noodles which is very good.

The hotel rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service. The location is very convenient, as it is extremely close to the subway station—just a few steps from Exit 1 of Line 1 to the hotel elevator, making it easy to get anywhere. Between 8 PM and 9 PM, complimentary sweet soup is offered. The only inconvenience is that there is no place to hang the bath towels. After showering, one has to open the door to retrieve the towel. Additionally, the room's air conditioning is centrally controlled and tends to be very cold. However, it is better at night when the temperature is adjusted to a more comfortable level.

Value for money. Location is near city centre and just 5 min from metro so convenient to get around. Room inclusive of buffet breakfast . Originally was worried if the rooms will be old but turn out pretty well. Reception staff were all friendly. I requested late check out due to train schedule but the receptionist on duty told me to request next morning. Before I could request again, someone contacted me to offer late checkout. The service team seamless handover was superb! specially shoutout to the room attendant that cleaned our room. The room was clean, tidy and smell good. She even cleaned our spectacles and wrote a small note. What a personal touch that I did not expect of the hotel given the room rate was affordable. Will definitely be back if I visit Changsha again!

The majority of Changsha's attractions are located near Wuyi Square. It is prudent to book a hotel near this focus area. I booked this motel as it is a reputable hotel chain. It is located right beside Taiping Street, an old shopping alley since ancient times. The chain motel is now named Magnolio Hotel (Wuyi Square Branch). Changsha was my last destination of my 10-day Hunan trip. I did not follow any travel agency and explore based on my research. When we arrived at Changsha from Fenghuang Ancient Town, I was shocked by the hot weather of 38 degrees. We were drenched with sweat and felt much better when in the cold air-conditioned lobby of the hotel. The fusion tea drinks at the lobby quenched much of our thirst. The location of this hotel is superb. It is only 150 m from Exit 1 of Wuyi Square metro station. Seniors above 65 years old, including foreigners, enjoy free metro travel in Changsha. We just showed our passports and there is no second question asked, and the staff will open the gate for you to access the station. Thus, travelling to the airport via metro is also free. Wuyi Square is Line 2 station. From Wuyi Square, you can change to Line 6 at Yinbing Station and take the Line 6 train directly to Terminal 1 & 2 of Huanghua International Airport and free. The metro station also provided shelter from the heat, and I explored Huangxin Pedestrian Street and IFC mall via the metro exits. The hotel receptionist informed me that they had upgraded my room to a bigger one for free. The toilet facilities and room are well renovated and clean though the room is still quite small. I stayed for 2 nights over here, and both me and my wife had wonderful sleep. There were also plenty of eateries and restaurants at the vicinity. Walmart is just 400 m away. For travel to attractions, Orange Island is only just two stations away at 橘子洲 station along Line 2, and for Mount Yuelu, it is only one station away at 溁 湾 镇 站 from 橘子洲 station For location, cleanliness, and staff responsiveness, I will give this hotel 10 points upon 10. Would like to thank Ms. Song for her hospitality and helpfulness.

The boss was very polite. As soon as we arrived at the airport, he came to pick us up. It was very convenient. The room was very clean and the facilities and equipment in the room were quite complete, including a hair dryer, a kettle, and an air conditioner. My parents and I stayed here together, and they were very satisfied. It was mainly clean, sanitary and safe. Next time they come to Changsha, they said they would book this hotel again.
