This hotel is located a very convenient location close to city center .staff are very friendly and breakfast was good.

One of the best hotel I have stayed. Their service are top notch. Receptionist are professional at service with a smile. I emailed them pertaining my late check-in and they responded it the next moment. I have no teouble checked in and out. Reasonable price. Awesome price. Carpark is near.

Here I reserve always when I come to Aachen since 5 years. Perfect and price fare. Good breakfast. Happy to suggest. They gave me even free parking in front of hotel.

Location is excellent, right off the square overlooking the cathedral right in the heart of Aachen. Room was nice and large. There was no personal service, didn't see a member of staff at all. we knew a cleaner had been but thats it. Needs modernising. No aircon, small fan was provided but it did not do much to help. No usb socketed power to charge phones near bed. Beds were very comfortable but needs extra pillows. bathroom was excellent.

A good, high-quality chain hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very pleasant. But after 10 p.m., the code to open the front door didn't work, and the phone didn't always answer (it was 4 day). On Saturday, 1 November 2025, about eight people gathered at the hotel door (meaning I wasn't the only one with this problem). I am sure the reception passed the problem on... and then... ignored it! Please fix the problem with the code not working! People want to sleep in the accommodation they booked... not walk around all night... Good luck!

The Hotel staff were excellent and really friendly, professional and really great service in every aspect. The Hotel website says it has a Restaurant which is why I booked it as I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately this is not the case, I was told there are no Restaurant facilities due to the lack of a cook. The Bar offers Pizzas which was not particularly Good. Service though was excellent.

The location for us travelling by train was excellent. It was just several minutes walk. For the price it was a good hotel. We enjoyed the breakfasts. I liked that they had coffee and tea out 24/7, you could buy other drinks and that glasses were provided. The reception staff members were very helpful. The only downside was that we got put on the top floor where there was no elevator so we had to take our suitcases up some stairs.

Location across from the Aachen central station and taxis and buses and 15mins walk to the town centre. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Beds are very firm mattress. No kettle or tea coffee facilities and no bar fridge in the room but breakfast available for purchase in the dining area in the basement. Plenty of cafes next to the hotel. Check in and out easy and staff helpful.
