"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall, a nice place to stay and good value for money."
"My trip was to visit family. This hotel seems to be located at the main trunk road within the Pantai Indah Kapuk development area, therefore conveniently located. Next to the hotel is a Watson pharmacy where one can get most of what a convenient store has except for hot food, which, in turn, there are several western food outlets just beside the hotel - even if it rains, you dont have to worry about getting a bite. I would say the roo's prep was close to immaculate, perhaps the housekeeping team needs to focus on the bath area that should be given an extra scrub around the edges. Suggested improvement is for 1) instruction for the safe box in the room 2) wash basin with hot water supply. I will certainly like to stay there again in my future visits."
"This is definitely the place to stay if you want to stay near a walkable area in Jakarta more precisely near the Old town Batavia. The room offers you everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I truly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again."
"We picked our stay here because we wanted to visit PIK before our flight back home. The room was spacious and simple. We loved the idea of refilling water from the lift lobby. Thereâs a gachapon/pop mart/ figurine shop just downstairs. My children went crazy there. There is a bustop right outside the hotel to get to PIK but I think you need a special card for that. The traffic can be quite bad during the holidays. We had to take Gojek bike to avoid getting stuck. Perfect place to stay if you want to just come here for PIK. And also for fast airport transfer, and avoid the jam to the airport. It is worth it!"
"Fast check ini, spacious room and nice view! My family was very happy eventhough we only spent one night here for my husband's birthday. Location is great, we drove around PIK area all the way to Holland PIK."

GGuest UserClean room, great swimming pool, kids playing arena. Good food
GGuest UserEverything is ok although there are many guest during check in. Thanks to the receptions. From the room can view the stage preparation for concert.
GGuest UserIt's surprisingly a very nice hotel. Starting when we entered, the scent is luxurious and pleasing. The i terior is great and has a resort vibe somehow. when we checked in, they asked us to wait while they prep the room, so we were asked to wait at their resto/lounge and got free complimentary arrival drink. The room is spacious and the bathroom is big. The amenities are quite complete. We requested for a celebration serving upon arrival but when we entered our room we just received the 2 swan towels. Thats okay :) apart from that, breakfast buffet were nice and variety. And there's a kids club which wasnt really active and is lacking in toys/ materials to entertain our toddlers. But all well. Just location wise, it's kinda in the center of the busy city so I hardly say we could reach places by walking distances which was quite hard for us with 2 toddlers. We still had to book taxis/transports to even reach Mangga2 Mall/ ITC Mangga 2. But overall it was a great stay for a short resting trip. Love it
GGuest UserReview: 4/5 I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantasticâcentrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy nearby dining options. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was especially cozy, which made for a great nightâs sleep. I also appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary bottled water and toiletries. However, the room felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning took a while to cool the space effectively. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of local and international dishes. The dining staff were attentive, making sure everything was well-stocked. I just wish the coffee could have been betterâit felt a little weak compared to what I expected. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained, but the pool area got quite crowded during peak hours. A larger pool or more seating would have been ideal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend [Hotel Name] to others. With a few small improvements, this could easily become a 5-star experience!
GGuest UserVery nice location, unit is clean. Complete amenities as described. The unit has a very nice sea view. Check in and check out processes are quick and easy. I recommend this unit to other travelers! Thanks richard and erwin!
GGuest UserStayed at Gold Coast PIK Sea View Apartments. Great spotâclose to the airport, shops, food, and the sea. Room was clean and roomy, with a kitchenette. Love the pool and gym too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value. Just be ready for some wait during check-in and check-out for key and deposit handling.
