We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. Despite its proximity to the airport, the rooms are remarkably quiet and serene, providing a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. The hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center. It's inside a compound and the trees planted all around gives it a secluded feel and also a good space to walk around. The breakfast buffet and all food options at the hotel are amazing! Will Come back again

Perfect location. Staff were extremely helpful. Good breakfast and they accommodated us with early breakfast on our departure day.

Its just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.
