Hotels near DLF Phase II, Gurugram

Rooms are clean but a little worn. Bed was firm but ok. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and a little bit dirty from water / humidity from the shower. Water was quite hot and good pressure in shower. Breakfast was good and reasonable amount of choice but not really a any regular salad options. Table service was great and worth the stay alone ! Tv was not setup properly and I could not choose a working CNN channel to catch up on news. Location was a bit awkward to get to, taxi driver had a make a few u turns in rush hour traffic adding abt 30 mins to our already long journey. (LKO to Gurgaon). Still a good standard of service, which is why we chose a Hyatt. (Couple traveling from USA).

It was surprisingly clean and quaint, unlike a 4-star hotel. The room was stylish, with a good mix of old and modern items. The balcony was a nice place to smoke. On the downside, it was located in a luxury residential complex, so it was too far to walk to a nearby supermarket. On the plus side, the hotel's restaurant was delicious, so there was no need to leave the house. The room was cold, but they immediately provided a heater. The only downside was that the water pressure was a bit weak and the hot water was lukewarm.

It’s really hot to meet the hotel’s air conditioning line. The hotel room is very large, it is the most cost-effective hotel of its kind. But breakfast is generally like, the individual does not like the waiter around the old, staring at the progress of your meal, feel free to come over and collect the plate, ask if you want to eat. . .

The room was comfortable and the pillows were great! The room cleaning service is very friendly, the equipment is in good condition, the location is very close to the subway station, but the breakfast service is ordinary, it is highly recommended for business travelers

They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Close to the road, the facilities in the house are OK, equivalent to a domestic express hotel. There are bars and other places around. The windows have good sound insulation effect, but the sound insulation of each room does not seem to be very good. My colleague lives next to me and can hear me turning off the lights.

The property is nice, & the rooms & service is good. Ambience of Qube restaurant needs some upgradation according to Marriot standards. Every staff member was kind, cooperative, and truly professional. I have been to many hotels and i must say the buffet dinner & breakfast at Qube had a huge variety, the taste & quality was flawless.👍

It's a luxury hotel, but the facilities and building are old and not well maintained. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is average. They don't serve it often.
