GGuest UserFantabulous staffs, I love the hotel and all the environment beside us. The hallway gave an access to view the natural light of the weather. The pool view was phenomenal. We shared the same hotel with PKL players we had fun waving to each other at the lobby. Top notch!

HHidakaRoom is very clean and front staff are very kind. The breakfast is very delicious beffet with indian food and some western food. Room rate is higher than other hotel but worth of it. I will stay again!

GGuest UserStaff at the reception are nice and friendly, crews and bellboys helps with your stuff. However, got harassed by one staff at the bar. We were being forced to leave where we are seated to a sofa near the bar and embarrassed my friends while we are waiting for the coffee we ordered at the bar. Tirelessly, even to the point of heated argument he never stopped until I made myself clear that I am going to report him. I had been a guest for this hotel since 2019 and unfortunately treated like this. This staff must be removed for inappropriate action.

YYsan31Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.
