SsunshinebunnyLove this hotel! Their service was amazing. I visited during winter and their centralised heater was too hot. They gave me a fan and portable tower aircon. Very clean! Remember to visit the observatory. Amazing view

GGuest UserThe appearance is quite tired. However, check-in is early when you arrive. There is no waste. There are dorayaki, coffee jelly, ice cream, etc. in the lounge, and children will be happy. The room is very normal. Please boil water and drink it. Speaking of which, he brought it, but I want you to keep it on hand. And a thin part of the mattress. These two points are minus. The food is not luxurious, but the number of items is sufficient and satisfactory. It's a dull hall as a restaurant. Of particular note here is the staff. I feel the spirit of treating everyone with all their might. I'm doing my best.

GGuest UserWas given a room with 2 single beds. When I checked with the reception, they said their level 10 was under renovation and that my booking doesn't give me a choice. This is the first time I was told I don't have a choice to the bed configuration.
Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear voices from next room.
Room is spacious by Japanese standard, and location is good, near to Bandai Pier and fashion shopping. We could walk to the train station in 10 minutes.
Enjoyed our stay.

WWilly UyCheck in and out is fast. Being part of JR Train Group gave it immediate accessibility in same building in 2 to 4 minutes. Hotel lobby 3rd floor is same floor with JR entrance.
Besides Seven Eleven store and about 40 meters distance walking to Yoshinoya.
Many food shops around South ,West,East entrance.
Bic Camera just across street.
Room is ok with bath separated from toilet.

AAnonymous UserGreat value for money at this classic hotel. The room key is quite vintage, and they even provide free facial masks. The location is excellent, very close to Niigata Station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The only downside might be the lack of a hot spring bath, which would be really nice to have, especially in winter.

KKeeeeeeeeeeeIt was a convenient and easy to understand place just across the road station and footbath.
The cleaning was well done and I was able to spend it comfortably.
The food was delicious. Especially the breakfast buffet was good.
I think it is a good hotel in Cospa.
It was good that the large communal bath was large, but I wish it was a hot spring of a more habitual type because the hot spring was tasteless and odorless.

昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、
とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。
また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。
また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。
追伸
朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。
子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。
ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。

GGuest UserNice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion.
Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out.
Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk.
Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western.
Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.
