One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day. They are so detail-oriented that even the cups and napkins had the hotel’s name on them. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!!

This property is almost in the center of Chiba if you are traveling around the city center. There are a few stations nearby, including the famous Chiba Urban Monorail. This property comes with a public bath and a spacious common area where you can relax and eat. The place is old, but it’s okay. This does not bother me as long as it’s clean.

This is an unmanned hotel that just opened on February 10th. There were many opening flower baskets on the ground floor. The check-in process was a bit complicated; you needed to enter your information on the website beforehand and upload passport photos. It's very close to Chiba Chuo Station, about a one-minute walk from the station exit. There was no one at the front desk; guests had to check in at a self-service machine. It would then dispense a sheet with the room and floor password. However, when we checked in, the system malfunctioned and only displayed the room password, preventing us from immediately entering the fifth-floor area (there's another access control after the elevator). The staff came quickly and sincerely apologized; their attitude was excellent. We booked a deluxe twin room, which was quite spacious. It had a separate bathroom and toilet, a traditional Japanese style, with a separate toilet stall, which is rare in most hotels. There were two or three bottles of mineral water, and the room provided a toothbrush and toothpaste. I must mention the steam massage bathtub (JAXSON brand) in the bathroom—it was incredibly comfortable! It completely cured all the fatigue from a long day…

HOTEL LiVEMAX Chibaminato Ekimae

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a sleeping gown was provided during my stay which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to find, just a short walk after exiting the station. There is also a direct train from Chibaminato Station to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line, which makes traveling very convenient. Livemax Hotels and Resorts maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort. I also stayed in Kannai-Ekimae branch, which was equally clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my stays at both Livemax locations. The hotels are highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodations. Additionally, for a small extra fee of ¥1,000, guests can extend their stay until 12:00 PM, which is an excellent value.

The hotel is very good overall, there is a microwave on the room, and the electric kettle is going to want to use clean! But unfortunately there is no window open in the room, only one fire window, the rest are very good!
