RRachel BennettGood: This airport hotel offers convenient access to Kansai Airport for early morning flights, which is especially good if you're not used to eating at the airport or on the plane. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich and healthy, and the restaurant on the top floor has excellent views.
Bad: Although the hotel is new, the guest rooms themselves show signs of heavy use. The bathroom, in particular, felt old with dated decor and linens, and there was a persistent foul odor – definitely not up to a four-star standard. The furniture in the room was scuffed, the carpet was dirty, and the overall hygiene was concerning.
Not entirely accurate: The shuttle service to the airport is only available in the early morning and requires a reservation. The last shuttle departs at 8:50 AM, arriving at the airport at 9:10 AM. At other times, guests need to make their own way. Taking the train is only one stop and costs 370 JPY per person.

1. If you land at Terminal 1, first find the connecting corridor to Terminal 2, or locate the JR station entrance.
2. Facing the JR station entrance, you'll see the hotel sign on your left-hand side!
3. Follow the sign, and you'll spot a Lawson convenience store and an escalator. Take the escalator to the second floor!
4. Once on the second floor, you'll see a pizza restaurant and the hotel's directional sign. Just walk all the way to the end, and you're there!
(#) Stay Experience:
1. Cons: The soundproofing is practically non-existent, it's terrible!! People walking outside sound like an earthquake. It's hell for light sleepers. Remember to get an eye mask and earplugs from the front desk!
2. Friendly reminder: I didn't realize the room had air conditioning. The AC switch is right next to the light adjustment buttons. I slept incredibly cold all night and had to use my down jacket as a blanket.
3. Pay attention when the front desk assigns your room. It was my first time staying, and I didn't know, so they gave me one of the very first rooms, which meant a lot of people walked by. Avoid W302 and W303; they are especially noisy and right next to the entrance and luggage room.
4. Pros: Taking a hot shower was incredibly comfortable, and they provide shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, makeup remover, makeup remover wipes, facial cleanser, cotton swabs, comb, toothpaste, and toothbrush (no cups, and no disposable cups!).
5. The bed is very firm, which is great for people with back problems!
6. Towels and sleepwear are provided. The sleepwear is like the kind you'd wear in a large public bathhouse in China.
(!): Overall, for 400 a night, if it weren't for a very early transfer, I wouldn't recommend it. It's better to find a nearby hotel. Apart from being quick and convenient, other hotels offer better value for money.

HHLW96Amazing. Genuinely couldn’t fault it. I arrived very late in the evening after a flight and the gentlemen on the check-in desk was so lovely and helpful and made me feel right at home. He also offered me all the freebies, from toothpastes and a toothbrush to facial cleansing oil and green tea bags… I got up to my room and it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom, the bedroom, the living space, all like new. They even had a smart tv in the room which was very unexpected and a nice treat after a long day, just like the bath. I would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone. A 4 minute walk from Izumisano Staion so perfect to get the Airport Express train directly from or to Kansai Airport.

LLily LiauwThe hotel has an excellent location, directly connected to Rinku Town Station, Premium Outlets, and Kansai Airport, making it very convenient for travelers. There is also a Lawson convenience store attached to the hotel on the 2nd floor. The self-service luggage storage area was spacious, well-organized, and very convenient.
The self check-in and check-out procedures made the process fast and easy.
The breakfast on the 21st floor was very good, with a beautiful view of the sea and Kansai Airport. The food selection was extensive and delicious.
The room was a bit small and the staff felt rather rigid. The laundry machines were quite expensive, had small capacity, and the washing and drying machines were separate. Other than that, everything else was very good.

Night shuttle to and from terminal 1 is the point we stay here, driver was really helpful helped us load the luggage during the rain. Waiting point at terminal 1 is walking distance from arrival hall.
Front desk check in was smooth, help us to buy breakfast voucher and the amenities of the hotels.
We stay 1 night at Washington and 1 night at OMO hotel.
Choose Washington if u prefer classic hotel with the bigger room space and shuttle bus. Distance from Rinkutown station was about the same, easy to walk even with baby stroller.

RRuyanjixiangThis hotel is incredibly convenient with an excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk from Rinku Town Station on the Nankai Line, whether you take exit 1 or 3. The lobby for check-in is one floor down. There's a supermarket nearby, which is really handy, and it's also an easy walk to Rinku Premium Outlets, both located on either side of the station. Yesterday, I arrived at 3:30 PM, and they kindly upgraded my room to the 50th floor! The room was huge, and the view from the three windows was absolutely fantastic – perfect for watching Osaka's nightscape. This morning, I woke up at 5:30 AM for my flight and was treated to a stunning sunrise with fiery clouds outside the window. Simply amazing! The room was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely choose this hotel first next time.

Eelfin0125【Transportation】From Kansai Airport, it's just one stop to Rinku Town Station. Take Exit 5 and walk along the pedestrian overpass. You can take any staircase down from the overpass, then just continue straight. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk, so it's quite convenient. And the value for money is better than the nearby Washington Hotel.
【Tips】A quick heads-up: Ctrip indicated an on-site payment of only 100 JPY, but the hotel actually charges 100 JPY per night. Although Ctrip correctly calculated the room rate for two nights, this additional fee was misleading.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts a beautiful seaside location. There's a mall about an 8-minute walk away with duty-free brands for shoes and clothes, definitely worth checking out. It's perfect for those with an early flight the next day, as the MRT to the airport takes only about six or seven minutes. The hotel also has hot springs and even a foot massager in the room – pure bliss! However, check-in isn't until 3 PM, so arriving early won't get you in, but you can store your luggage.

The price was also reasonable.
However, it is quite far from the station. About 15minutes by walking from the Rinku Town station.
It was challenging since the walkway is not really luggage-friendly.
If you plan to shop the whole day at Premium Outlet, it will be a good choice because the Rinku Premium Outlet is just in front of the hotel.
