Courteous hotel staff, very helpful and spotless clean room with self laundry. Perfect stay. I hope they have same branch at Tokyo, Hokkaido and many more.

It’s quite close to the Izumisano Station, but if you come to this hotel and enter through the back door, you’ll be welcome with an empty floor (probably that is considered as ground floor). Don’t be scared, just look for an elevator and walk upstair, that’s where the receptionist is located. They can’t speak English that well, so just be ready to show the passport of the person who booked the hotel, then they’ll just proceed quickly with your check in. They’ll also give you water bottle to bring to your room. The corridor to my room truthfully looks kinda spooky because it was quite long and no sound was heard (but I guess it was just because the insulation was good, and I knew some of the room was occupied as I saw the cleaning lady in the morning). The room was so big and clean, the bathroom as well. The shower and the bathtub was separated, but you can pull the shower to the bathtub. The toilet was also separated from the bathroom, so it’s a dry area. If you visited during winter, don’t forget to turn the heater on when you entered the room, or else you’ll think that the room was too cold. In addition, near the receptionist area, there’s an open store where it says that you can take the snacks for free (but please be mindful, just take one please). At that time, I don’t want to take it as I’m not sure about the culture in Japan, but then the owner came to me and literally handed it to me! He was so kind and polite (Japanese hospitality is truly top notch)! So please don’t forget to buy his snackss 😆 If you a solo travel, the room in this hotel might betoo big for you, but if you’re with family or friends, this room fits you perfectly.

Swift check in, amenities provided, luggage room, bath towel and sleep wear provided too! All are the same as described as website. Shower room and toilet are clean. good for traveller especially having an early flight.

The location is very convenient for my family， when we drive here,and the parking lot is just opposite the hotel,and also there is a restaurant besides the entrance of the hotel.The room is really good and super enough space for my whole family members,especially for my kids, they do really play happily in the room.You can find a free drinking bar at the second floor.There are whiskey coffee and juice. Last,be careful of the washing room water tap is not easy to control.My kids wakes up at 6:30 around,the reason is there’s no curtains to block the sunlight,so bright to sleep.I need darkness always when I want to sleep.

We ended up at Hatago Inn Hotel due to a sudden change in travel plans—our flight was delayed and by the time we arrived, the express train to Shiga had stopped running for the day. Our original hotel in Shiga was out of reach, and we were scrambling for a last-minute place to crash near the airport. To be honest, we didn’t have high expectations—it was a stopover born out of necessity. But it turned out to be way better than expected! The location is super convenient for late arrivals, just a quick ride from Kansai Airport. Check-in was smooth, staff were helpful, and the room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. It felt like a calm little pocket of rest after a long travel day. While we wouldn’t have chosen it originally, it absolutely served its purpose and more. For anyone needing a reliable, comfortable, and fuss-free overnight near the airport, this place is a hidden gem. Would definitely keep this in mind again for future airport stopovers!

Excellent cleaning service. Room was very clean, comfortable and organized. Very close to KIX airport and hotel offered a convenient shuttle service on time to terminal 1. The people working there very friendly and excellent customer service.

The room is very clean and big enough for family of 3. The staff is polite.

It’s a small Japanese style house within walking distance of the nearest station to Kansai Airport. King Very clean, quiet, lots of amenities. There is a kitchen dining room with all the accoutrements. I would certainly stay here again. Great value for money.

The accommodation is clean, convenient, and well-maintained. The room is of standard size and fully equipped with toiletries such as soap and shampoo. I am highly impressed with the service and will definitely return again.
