"The hotel it is nice and clean . It is right next to a shopping mall . The only bad thing is that I request an early check out as I have an incident and they didn’t accept it . That’s not a good customer service"
"This was my second time staying at Green Tower Makuhari, and once again I had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — it’s very close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around. One of the best parts is that Mitsui Outlet Park is right in front of the hotel, which is perfect for shopping and dining without needing to go far. Transportation is also very convenient, with a direct subway/train keiyo line connection to Tokyo Disneyland and also goes directly to tokyo station as well , making this hotel a great choice for Disney visitors as well. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a great location, and the fact that I chose to stay here again says a lot. I would definitely recommend it for both leisure and short trips."
"The location is great as it is next to train station and the shopping outlet. The parking experience is terrible. The receptionist has trouble in English explaining the parking cost 4000yen a night. She also didn't tell me the car must also checkout at 11:00am the next day. I got charged again when I pick up my car at 12pm. The room was okay. However, there are insects/bugs in bed. I got bites a couple of times during my sleep. There is also a very annoying robot in the Reception lobby that get in the way when we are busy moving our luggage. There is no concierge or bell boy to help with luggage. Overall staff are friendly, but the overall system of staff management and training and the over service to provide may need some rethinking."
"It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution ."
"Clean and large rooms as compared to other APA hotels, big toilet too. Lots of facilities but do not have enough time to explore. Good location m. My room facing Tokyo bay too. Covered linkway to major buildings and shopping centres. They even have a limousine bus to Narita airport costing $1200 yen."
"The hotel is next to the station which is convenient. Hotel staff is really friendly. Rooms are clean. The only problem was that our room wasn't warm enough, but the hotel staff sorted out this problem. Next time I visit Japan I will be staying in this hotel."
"Clean and relax stay. Spacious place to walk around. Natural hot spring pool indoor and outdoor. Tag with Restaurant can settle lunch and dinner. Comic and luggage storage facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Infront of the JR train station."
KKyoko_.One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day. They are so detail-oriented that even the cups and napkins had the hotel’s name on them. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!!
GGuest UserThis property is almost in the center of Chiba if you are traveling around the city center. There are a few stations nearby, including the famous Chiba Urban Monorail. This property comes with a public bath and a spacious common area where you can relax and eat. The place is old, but it’s okay. This does not bother me as long as it’s clean.
GGuest UserThis is an unmanned hotel that just opened on February 10th. There were many opening flower baskets on the ground floor. The check-in process was a bit complicated; you needed to enter your information on the website beforehand and upload passport photos. It's very close to Chiba Chuo Station, about a one-minute walk from the station exit. There was no one at the front desk; guests had to check in at a self-service machine. It would then dispense a sheet with the room and floor password. However, when we checked in, the system malfunctioned and only displayed the room password, preventing us from immediately entering the fifth-floor area (there's another access control after the elevator). The staff came quickly and sincerely apologized; their attitude was excellent. We booked a deluxe twin room, which was quite spacious. It had a separate bathroom and toilet, a traditional Japanese style, with a separate toilet stall, which is rare in most hotels. There were two or three bottles of mineral water, and the room provided a toothbrush and toothpaste. I must mention the steam massage bathtub (JAXSON brand) in the bathroom—it was incredibly comfortable! It completely cured all the fatigue from a long day…
GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a sleeping gown was provided during my stay which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to find, just a short walk after exiting the station. There is also a direct train from Chibaminato Station to Tokyo Station via the Keiyo Line, which makes traveling very convenient. Livemax Hotels and Resorts maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and comfort. I also stayed in Kannai-Ekimae branch, which was equally clean and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my stays at both Livemax locations. The hotels are highly recommended, especially for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodations. Additionally, for a small extra fee of ¥1,000, guests can extend their stay until 12:00 PM, which is an excellent value.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good overall, there is a microwave on the room, and the electric kettle is going to want to use clean! But unfortunately there is no window open in the room, only one fire window, the rest are very good!
