"Hands down one of the best hotels in glenmarie. I have stayed here multiple times, I have nothing but superb reviews for them. comfortable and well-appointed room, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Not the least the ambiance, cozy rest areas, great view, great front office and house keeping staffs, not to mention fantastic food. I am definitely coming back to the hotel in the near future, probably to do a full review with plenty of photos."

"Comfortable and value for money. The downside are mainly on services. I have to call the maintenance and housekeeping for few times to attend some problems occur during my stay. They only attend after few hours being called. Others are great. Spacious room and spacious bathroom with bathtub!"

"This is my first time staying at the One World Hotel, which is recommended by my friend. It’s a very grand and clean 5-Stars hotel, which is located away from the usual busy Bukit Bintang. The hotel is directly link to the 1-Utama shopping mall, which is very convenient if you need to buy or eat anything. Upon arrival, there is bellboy helped to load the luggage and placed aside till check-in. The service is fast and efficient. The check-in is hassle free. However, it is not for the check-out, as you need to join together in the same queue as those who check-in. There is no quick and fast self check-out. The room comes with two Queen beds, which is good and ideal for a family stay. It is clean and tidy. It also comes with some complimentary drinks, snacks and also bathtub which my kids love to bath in. For the breakfast, it is just located directly near the lift at a lower floor after the lobby. The spread is amazing, the quality of the food is great and it tastes really nice and delicious. One of the highlight is the prata, which is freshly made on the spot and it is crispy and tasty. Next is the pastry, especially the Pain au chocolat, the chocolate is so rich and creamy. Likewise for the buttery croissant. They do sell them in their bakery too. It is definitely a breakfast not to be missed! They have amazing swimming pools which has the normal usual one and another is for the kids to play in. The overall experience is great and we have a wonderful time staying in One World Hotel. We will definitely come back again next time. Thank you One World!"

"Very convenient. Got everything a family stay need in Shah Alam. Vending machine, gym and swimming pool having blasts. There is no need for mobile you can stroll around the area. Oh, and the receptionist is quite helpful too. I’ve encountered delay in checking in (maybe it’s due to the difference between two lobbies) and exit problem when my debit card doesn’t work during the the check-out and they resolved it professionally and quickly. The support staff is very friendly. I enjoyed the stay and it’s quite comfy. Very recommended."

"Fast and smooth check-in. No deposit. Our room is facing the Taman Subang Ria Lake and KL city. Nice view day and night. The room is big with a work desk and a sofa. Free mini-bar consumption. Overall, it is good."
