"We stayed at the newly renovated Casa Chitic property at Strada Nicolae Balcescu 13. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms very clean and functional with a walk-in shower. Very clean, nice towels and linens, and a good breakfast. Conveniently located. Represents great value for money."

"The hotel is located within the City Centre and it is no more than 100m from the road which makes lugging your luggage easier. It is very convenient getting to the pedestrian mall. The only downside is that there is no elevator."

"Perfect location, very large beautiful room. The only uncomfortable thing is that there is not a proper shelf to put your stuff in the bathroom. We found a place to put stuff over the toilet but it's not a suitable place, if something falls.... Nice breakfast"

MM668071****The rooms were very clean, and the sauna, hot spring, and small swimming pool were great for families with children. The location was excellent; there was a small market nearby, as well as a small ski slope and a snow play area for kids.

CChristian SteinertRoom was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

GGuest UserLevel 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy.
Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights.
At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy.
Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am.
No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

LLhet letVery near to the city square, black church, Catherine gate and so on. just a walking distance. The room is big as we expected to the romanian country and also food nearby and drinking or coffee vendo machine is very helpful for us. Staff is very helpful and never leave us unattended. They are okey to message directly or ask them for any question regarding the town since we are a tourist.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a real find. It is located on residential avenue near the railroad station. Although it is not close to the Old Town, there is a city bus that stops just outside the hotel that goes directly there. It is a four star hotel at a three star price. My room was spacious and clean. My meal at the hotel's restaurant was excellent.

GGuest UserLovely hotel - nice, helpful staff; cozy room with great view; 100/10 location, within walking distance to Council Square, Black Church, Castle on the hill (and pretty much everything); pretty view from the balcony; decent breakfast buffet with may different foods; the only slight issue is that the bathtub leaks when you shower to the floor will be wet
