The hotel is good with a great location – easy to get around the city on foot. The room was clean with a good bed and working A/C, and they provide daily cleaning. Free coffee, tea, and snacks are available every morning. However, the hot water shower didn't work in our room (despite the booking saying it had one). The hotel staff arranged for us to use another room for showering on the first night and promised to fix it the next day, but the issue persisted – still no hot water.

The hotel is excellent and well located, around a 15-minute walk from the Night Bazaar, with convenient access to popular attractions such as the Blue Temple and White Temple. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and very clean. The overall facilities are impressive, including a lovely swimming pool. The staff are consistently respectful, friendly, and very helpful. They also gave us the printed map for out easier travel around the city. However, there were a few drawbacks. The shower water was not always hot. Breakfast is charged as included, but for pure vegetarians it feels like unnecessary expense, as there are very limited vegetarian options. On one occasion, we ordered a sandwich and were later told the kitchen was too busy to prepare it. We were asked to place our breakfast order a day in advance, but even then the service was disappointing. The food was not provided properly and was only partially packed for us. Overall, the stay was comfortable in terms of rooms, facilities, and service, but the food experience—especially for vegetarians—was not satisfactory.

Great hotel, but cleaners stole money. We had a great stay here for 1 week. Staff is incredibly helpfull and really tries to make your stay great by helping with all requests with a smile! The pool is nice, the hotel looks lovely, rooms are fine and reasonably priced and there are good showers. They also help organise with scooters. Downsides are the location: 20 min walk to the centre/night bazaar. The cleaners stole money. First time I wasnt a 100% sure. The second time I planted a trap and they fell for it. Sadly, even after immideatly telling the manager, they couldnt find the money on them, which was to be expected I guess. So if you are reading this: please plant a trap if possible with secret video recording ;). That is what missed in my trap. They stole 2x200 baht (maybe more, but didnt notice it then). This was reimbursed by the manager. All in all a great stay and we would stay again.

If you are looking for a clean, budget option with minimal amenities in a great location then this hotel can be recommended. Very near to Clock Tower, Bazaar and Walking Street with plenty of restaurants and bars also nearby. Coffee shops a plenty too.

This is a good-sized hotel in the centre of Chiang Rai, and it seems to be popular with coach tour groups. It’s conveniently located around 10 minutes from the airport (Bolt works well) and just a 2-minute walk from Bus Terminal 1. There’s also a large on-site car park. Check-in staff are friendly and efficient, and there are two separate lift banks serving the guest rooms. There aren’t any notable views, but the rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable. Beds are good, there’s a proper desk, and the usual amenities are provided: fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, two bottles of water, a safe, etc. The bathroom feels slightly cramped as the bath/shower is enclosed behind a solid glass screen, which may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility. The rooms and upper corridors do feel a little dated, but given the location in northern Thailand, this can also be seen as part of the hotel’s Thai charm. The main restaurant is located next to reception and offers a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to suit many nationalities. There’s also a bar in the lobby area, with live music in the evenings, and a karaoke club and bar in the basement. At the rear of the hotel there’s a large swimming pool. The downside is that it remains in the shade all day, so the water is quite cold and even the sun loungers don’t get any direct sunshine. One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is its location. Everything in downtown Chiang Rai is easily walkable: the Night Bazaar is just 2 minutes away, along with the Golden Clock Tower, numerous massage shops, beer bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a cat café where you can enjoy a coffee while stroking the cats. If you’re feeling particularly hungry, Ribs & Co is well worth a visit. The hotel also makes a great base for exploring northern Thailand — tours like the “7 in one day” trip are easy to arrange. Central Plaza shopping mall is only about 5 minutes away by taxi. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable base for exploring Chiang Rai and the surrounding region. Enjoy 👍🏼

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The location is convenient, and the services were excellent. Overall, it’s a very good hotel with great service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Staffs are helpful. Room is spacious. Walking distance to a great home based restaurant where I ate chicken rice. I placed breakfast online and ordered western food. Bed is comfy too. Slept thru out the night as it was quiet. Across the hotel, a massage center.

Nice view from the top floor, great big bed, very helping and smiling ladies at the reception. Service at the kitchen of the restaurant needs improvement - when I’ve ordered a dish without meat sausages (because I don’t eat any kind of meat) and ask the servant to check this I ve got finally the dish with meat sausages, so sad. And that would be also nice to have more fish dishes for breakfast. For the week of my stay there they served fish only once.

We booked a family room with one double bed and one single bed. It was clean, hygienic, and very well soundproofed, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The lobby and facilities are standard 4-star quality, and there's free parking available. The area around the hotel is lively, and it's very close to the Clock Tower. The air conditioning and shower water were excellent. The most commendable aspect was when we left our phone charger behind. We only realized it after returning to Chiang Mai and called the hotel. They had Chinese-speaking staff who helped me confirm the lost item and arranged to mail it to me in Chiang Mai. I'm incredibly grateful for their help. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends from China for two main reasons: the convenient and warm Chinese-speaking service, and the breakfast that perfectly suits a Chinese palate.

I would highly recommend for this hostel, I sneaked out from home just to be there to sleep and online study. Met many solo backpackers (female dom.) The hostel is located in area which convenience for travelers. Room/bed are clean, washroom, showers are arranged nicely and separate for male and female. Common area also nice with kitchen ware, if someone need to cook - everything are there, just buy material if you wish to cook. I will definitely go there again even my home not far from this place 😁😁😁
