We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

We stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

The reception was excellent and the staff were helpful, especially Walid, who was honest, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is worth trying again. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent.

A decent hotel, conveniently located (near the Forum Trabzon shopping center). We booked a two-bedroom room for four people. The room was equipped with dishes, mugs for four, and a kettle. I'd like to warn future guests that the hotel is located on a hill and the climb up is quite steep (both on foot and by car), but the view from the window is of the sea and the airport (planes fly right past the hotel, but it doesn't interfere with your relaxation).

Excellent, friendly service with large, clean and comfortable room and bed. Really convenient and walkable for airport but a minibus ride from the centre of Trabzon. The shower was also spacious, the water hot and two shower heads available. The lounge was comfortable though I didn't need to use it. My only gripe was that I found the underfloor heating a little warm for my taste and would have preferred controllable air conditioning. I only had the buffet breakfast once and it was good, well presented and varied but a little cool once plated. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Arrived early and tired and the staff offered me an early check in as well as welcome tea. Very pleasant throughout my stay. Good facilities and breakfast quality. Some people might find the location unusual but overall a great experience. Would come back again.

Very recommended budget hotel. The hotel is located in the city center area, the staff is very nice and helpful, the heater and hot shower is working well, very clean and no bad smell. Would probably book here again if I visit Trabzon

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.
