GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and very near to pinnacle bank which was where my family member’s graduation was held.
The staff were all very friendly as well.
Parking is available in the garage opposite the hotel for $23 per day.

GGuest UserThe most outstanding part about this hotel is the employees. From beginning to end they were patient and simply delightful. Not an easy task when it was graduation weekend and there were a lot of people and a lot of demands. Truly, I cannot say enough about the service.

GGuest UserThe location was great as were amenities. Cleanliness could have been a little better. A towel was dirty and hair was found on a clean towel. Breakfast was great except the eggs were very cold.

TTraciLeaCheck in was quick and easy. The room appeared clean. The bathtub was speckled with dark rusty spots. Bedding appeared white until the linens were pulled down and they were soiled. Popcorn in between the mattresses. Debris in dresser drawers, corners, behind the toilet. We were only given one set of towels. Had to ask for more towels (the reservation was for two adults), and they bought us one more towel. (No additional wash cloths or hand towels,) and weren't exceedingly friendly about it.. they have been remodeling for awhile now, but it doesn't take a lot of $ to clean and even less for adequate quality control attempts.
