"Everything about this stay was enjoyable! I was very warmly received and the communication at the front desk was superb. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for a business traveler. The location is also perfect as it is situated in the heart of Downtown SB and the waterfront. "

"We arrived at the hotel late at night, and it was great that the hotel had its own parking lot with no additional parking fees. However, the front desk staff during checkout seemed a bit cold and unsmiling, and they didn’t even offer a simple greeting. The breakfast options were extremely limited—the simplest meal we had during our entire stay in the U.S.—but it was enough to fill us up, and the coffee was exceptionally good! The service wasn’t particularly warm or attentive, and there wasn’t much in the way of friendly smiles.
