Probably one of the best hotels in Houston, very new and modern design would reccomend to anyone even for a staycation!

Suitable for business travel

Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.

The room is clean, very accessible to Galleria. It will be great if they can provide toiletries

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Houston Downtown and had a very pleasant experience. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is essential in Houston’s weather. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with directions or local recommendations. The front desk check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was a nice surprise — a good selection of both hot and cold items, including eggs, sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruit. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked throughout the morning. Parking was easy and felt secure, and the property overall was quiet and safe, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express Houston Downtown for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and well-located place to stay in Houston.

Decent hotel but was a bit old, but considerably clean compared to other stays that I have been to. The service was great and breakfast was decent too. Should try the pool and fitness room as well!

Elegant environment and good service attitude

The facilities are a bit old, and everyone is doing it every day! The surrounding environment is quiet and safe! The front desk can change the change, the induction cooker, the refrigerator, the microwave oven is very easy to use, I bought a frying pan, stir-fry, and fried steak to eat a lot!

The room was clean but there was a leak and the wifi was very weak in rm 109 the young lady on duty was VERY helpful and nice.
