Great location in the middle of all the museums in Cleveland. Five minute Uber ride Little Italy.’s Great restaurants.

Stunning rooms and great location. Just sorry that our room was not serviced even though we requested it 3 times.

Close to airport. Expensive food but understandable for location not close to any restaurants

Booked a last-minute one-night stay and it was perfect—clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We also spent the rest of our night at The Vault, which was such a fun bonus. Great location overall. Would definitely stay again.

It was very nice hotel, good location, and some staff are very helpful.

The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

Hotel is in the edges of Cleveland downtown on the second floor of a mixed use building. Relatively convenient location but not very walkable.

Overall, it is acceptable, but it is the level of the domestic season. This is very different from the positioning of the domestic Indigo Hotel. Friends who come from China should be prepared. Except for the front desk, do not have expectations for the service. This is the usual situation of American hotels after the epidemic.

Great! room was wide and shuttle service was great to use. free coffee was also good

Reasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.
