Great location in the middle of all the museums in Cleveland. Five minute Uber ride Little Italy.’s Great restaurants.

This place was absolutely perfect for my long-term business trip to the Cleveland Clinic. The hotel facilities are clean, and the complimentary breakfast is good. What really makes it stand out is its proximity to a university area, a beautiful park, an art museum, and Severance Concert Hall, all within walking distance. Plus, they offer a super friendly free shuttle service for nearby destinations. I was genuinely surprised by how friendly Americans are – oh, wait, the driver was an immigrant from Egypt, haha!

Except for the location, nothing else deserves the word Renaissance. Hygiene: dirty and poor Room: small Charge: Expensive

I liked the room just didnt like how parking was make sure u bring 55 to 24 dollars a day to park at the hotel. I think that should of been talked about more when booking.

Close to airport. Expensive food but understandable for location not close to any restaurants

Booked a last-minute one-night stay and it was perfect—clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We also spent the rest of our night at The Vault, which was such a fun bonus. Great location overall. Would definitely stay again.

The staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a nice view of the city. The baseball stadium was right across the street as well.

Reasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.
