My leisure,libation,fun,enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

The check in process was quick and even though the hotel is huge there are plenty of signs to find your way to the right elevators and get to your room. The room was really nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. However when we went to use the shower as soon as I touched the handle it broke so I suspect the previous occupants broke it and just placed it back together. I called the front desk right away and they said someone would be right up .... we waited about half hour and then called again and spoke to someone else who said the carpenters dont work at night so no one was coming and they will fix it the next day... we were only staying the one night and she said not to worry when we checkout we wont be charged for it, but it was annoying having a broken shower handle and having to wait around for someone that obviously was never coming. Also I am still waiting for my deposit to be released so hoping they havent now charged me for what was already broken. We enjoyed the ****** and food options in the Luxor. But when we checked out the next morning they said they would help us out with some vouchers and they sold us on discounted tickets to see cirqu du solei. After we paid for the tickets we were told we would receive an extra discount/partial refund and have to pick up the tickets by going to another location and listening to a presentation. He told us not to answer any questions to make it as quick as possible so should only take an hour. I admit we thought this was strange but he told us the hotel had opened a new resort and this wad just there way of trying to get everyone to see it and hope they will stay in the new resort in the future. So we got an uber to the place and it seemed dodgy, the staff ushered us in and gave us a form to complete, I refused to tell them how much we earned and they didnt like that. So after another lady came over and tried to convince us to tell them they accepted we wouldnt tell them but they said they wouldnt give us the presentation or our gifts because of it. We filled in another form or declaration and managed to get our money back but the whole experience was horrible and was a huge scam. 100% avoid any vouchers or discounts as the hotel staff are just trying to hustle you and get all your information, it is a pyramid scheme trying to sell time shares and we were lucky we got out of it, although it was not an enjoyable part of our holiday and the uber ride there and back was a waste of money. I wouldnt stay here again. There are nicer hotels and resorts all along the ***** that are in better locations.

Great value in a great location. It’s not as sleek as the newer hotels but it’s got its own charm - especially for those who have been to Vegas over the decades. The Tournament of Kings dinner and show is a must. Game was surprisingly nice and the buffet was good value for what you can find on the *****.

We was show so much love when we arrive there. the staff was awesome. We was there for four days. It was our first time. And the breakfast was awesome. Precious and Cindy and byan show us much love. The room was awesome and clean real good.

The hotel is very new, but the design is not as good as that of Vdara which has been around for ten years. The room is quite big, and the location is a bit remote, relatively close to the convention and exhibition center. The bed is a bit soft and the pillows are very soft. The hotel opened at the end of 2023. Many stores in the shopping mall on the second floor have not yet been renovated, but the good brands are relatively high-end. You can see the big ball if you stay in an odd-numbered room. The higher the room number, the more positive the direction.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at the Downtown Grand. The location is within easy walking distance to Fremont Street, yet far enough away that the noise level at night was comfortably decreased. What stood out during our trip was the outstanding customer service given by two employees. The first was a hotel registration clerk named April. My husband has health issues and I had booked an ADA room. Unfortunately, this room did not fit his needs. The following morning we inquired about changing rooms. The hotel registration clerk, April, happily helped us in finding a room that was more suitable to his needs. From her friendly smile upon approaching the front desk to her quick and efficient ability to switch our room for better accommodations was heartwarming. She displayed truly impressive customer service. The second was Wayne at the rewards desk. When my rewards card was malfunctioning he was able to speedily fix the issue. All of this was done with a praiseworthy demeanor. Both April and Wayne sincerely helped make this a great customer experience.

Huge hotel. Beautiful foyer. Although the amenities are definitely 5 star, being such a massive and busy hotel means it lacks the personal touch of other 5 star hotels/ resorts.

Aliante was the perfect resort for my recent work trip to Vegas. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the ****** area has enough f&b offerings to keep you happy if you don’t want to venture far. The area around the hotel is safe and pretty quiet with a decent amount of places to grab a bite to eat within a short drive. It is pretty darn far away from the “normal” Vegas action, but I have to assume you know that if you are considering staying here.

We picked this spot partially for value, but mostly because it had a lap pool and I'm an avid swimmer. We'd definitely return. Con's: - You'll want to either plan for a significant walk or getting a ride to anything on The Strip. It's not very close at all. - I had an odd moment with housekeeping that rubbed me the wrong way: It was an afternoon and I was in the room by myself with the Do Not Disturb sign on and the deadlock set. But housekeeping knocked on the door anyway, and when I didn't respond, they opened the door (just a crack since I had the deadbolt.) It felt a bit sketchy since I had the sign up for a reason. - The safe in our room was broken. The maintenance worker came to fix it, though. - There's a big construction site nearby, so we heard construction vehicle noises in the morning--just set some white noise on your phone. Pro's: + The room was clean. + I loved the layout of the room. We had a big bed, a sitting area, a kitchenette, and a huge bathroom. + The bathroom has a separate door for the toilet and a super strong vent fan for it. + The grounds are well-groomed and give a nice contrast to the bustle of being on the Strip. I think if you don't want to walk far, you can ask at check-in for something nearby. + Lap pool: The lap pool is a decent length (25ish yards) and there are a bunch of signs discouraging anyone from recreational swimming/hanging out in that pool (there is another one for that kind of ”swimming.”) The water seemed in good condition, and it was almost always just me in it. And it was often in the shade, to avoid overheating and also sunburn. That said, the two downsides: (1) there's a patio table nearby and there were several smokers hanging out on several days when I was there. The sign says no smoking, but there was no enforcement, so I was swimming second-hand smoke. (2) there are no markings on the pool bottom, so you'll find yourself either sinking objects or doing flip turns blind.

The four seasons still have nothing to say to my satisfaction. The bedding is very comfortable, the overall environment is very good, and the service attitude is very good. There is room service twice a day. There is a place for spa and manicure on the ground floor. You can choose to park by others (Valet parking, more than 30 dollars a night), you can also park at the Mandalay Bay Hotel (free). The hotel can live under 21 years old, this time it is Christmas, there are Christmas tree and Santa Claus! It is in the same building as the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Below the 37th floor is the Mandalay Hotel, and above the 37th floor is the Four Seasons. It has a separate entrance and elevator. You can use all the facilities of the Mandalay Hotel or go to the Mandalay Hotel. Casino play. There is a sense of quietness in the middle of the noisy as a whole, and there is still a quiet and fresh place to live in a city like Las Vegas. The location of the hotel is not on the Las Vegas Strip. People who don’t drive by themselves need to take a taxi, but Las Vegas is really small. A few minutes. Most hotels in Las Vegas charge an additional resort fee of about $30 a day. Except for some express hotels, almost all casino hotels and luxury hotels charge it. Overall this stay experience was really great!
