Golden Nugget Laughlin

Old school hotel, air conditioner didn’t work, Bubba Gump food to go was cold. In and out stay, slept well though.

I love the golden nugget! Always clean and pool is usually empty! They have the nicest pool from all the hotels there. Salt grass restaurant is also sooo good!

Great couples get away

We were frustrated when at check we were told we can change the reservation to a night instead of 2, however the representative didn’t change it and we were charged for 2 nights. The hotel was in a nice location on the river. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could use more cleaning.

The property needs updating, but was clean. The internet not accessible, I called the front desk & was told they would check with the IT department & would get back to me. I called several times & got no satisfaction, only to find out upon checkout that the internet had been down all weekend. I know problems happen, but had they been honest with me in the beginning, it would not have been a problem. The staff definitely needs training & customer service skills.

After having to change our room because of unsuitable room conditions the room we stayed in was fine. Did have a plumbing issue day 2 but they resolved that as well as the temperature of the air conditioner. Stayed 5 nights and did great!

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. In room coffee maker and refrigerator. Staff was nice. Elevators to rooms were slow. Convenient parking.

Property is showing its age and could use a facelift. Accidental fire alarm with no communication to advise all clear.

The Golden Nugget is a great place to stay in Laughlin. Our room was clean. It's an older property and hits the spot on price and value. It has a Claim Jumper as well as other Landry's restaurants on property and has access to Laughlin river taxi for travel to other casinos.
