挺不錯的，推薦入住，性價比比較好，房間一般都帶有陽台，連住了兩晚，也可以洗桑拿，89瑞郎一個人，鎮中心也有温泉。

L'hôtel est très bien. Chaud et grand. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et d'un sauna. Déjeuner très délicieux au restaurant. Le personnel est très poli. Je tiens à remercier Élise, Elena et Or, les filles de l'accueil. Sont mega-gentilles. Ils m'ont aidé à résoudre tous les problèmes. Nous avons eu une très grande chambre avec une vue magnifique et une grande terrasse. La chambre dispose d'une bouilloire, de thé et de café. Peignoirs et pantoufles. Je suis très satisfait de mes vacances. J'espère revenir bientôt dans cet hôtel. Merci à tout le personnel.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, speziell der Kellner und die Rezeptionistin, ihnen beiden gilt ein grosser Dank.
Uns kam es vor wie das Personal 14h arbeiten würde, da wir immer die gleichen Gesichter sahen.
Das Restaurant können wir sehr empfehlen, die Preis/ Leistung hat sehr gepasst.
Die Zimmer sahen nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Einiges hat nicht funktioniert, wie Bsp. der Toilettenlüfter oder die fehlende Lampe.
Der Wellnessbereich hat eine kleine Sauna, das Römische Bad sah aus wie eine Baustelle und das Solebad war für mich zwenig beheizt. Zudem stand im Ruheraum nur eine Massageliege, was mit einem Roboter/ KI gesteuert wurde. Wenn man die Maschine mehr mag wie den Menschen....
Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend, die Früchte wurde nicht geschnitten, es gab kein Gemüse, die Pfandkuchen wurden einfach hingestellt, bis sie kalt waren. Wer auf ein goldiges Frühstück WERT legt, wird dort nicht glücklich.

瑞士的滑雪季訂了三個房間，邀請婆婆和兩個小姑子還有我們一家三口一起去Leukerbad泡温泉滑雪！可是這個酒店的服務簡直太恐怖可以説至今為止沒有遇見過這麼恐怖的服務！首先前台把三個房間全部安排錯了，另外最恐怖的是寶寶的嬰兒床掛着一雙穿過的男士襪子！簡直噁心至極！然後我好聲好氣説你們經理在嗎！前台的回答是你想投訴！隨便去投訴！找誰我都不怕！這種話語簡直不可饒恕的！這個酒店真的不適合中國同胞！我覺得你們不會滿意還會一肚子氣！這個酒店原本四星被取消了一顆星！他們的服務已經證實了取消一顆星是正確明智的！如果不相信的朋友可以去住住看！祝你們好運！

The hotel is well located. It includes a sauna and an internal pool. The pool’s water should be warmer.
Temperature of hot water at shower is not working stable .
Th sheeting is general for the building and cannot be regulated at the room.
With these improvements can be afear place .

This hotel was a great value for the money (at least in terms of Swiss prices :). The staff spoke enough English and allowed us to store our bags there till checkin. All the facilities were clean and the room was quite modern. They also have a free sauna and pool which were very relaxing. The Leukerbad bus drops you off just a 5min walk from the hotel. Because of the walkability of the town, everything is nearby. The room didn't have an iron, fridge, fan/A/C, or microwave - all of which would have been nice. I also never found out where the laundry room was. Besides that it was great - would recommend.

The personnel was friendly and flexible with having an oversize dog against their rules (checked in advance if possible). The room was clean and silent, and the breakfast was good. The bed was too small for two friends (for couples it could be kind of ok).
There is no parking place by the hotel, we had to park at a local parkhouse for daily fees cca. 5 minutes away from the hotel.
