酒店硬件和軟件都很棒，整個團隊從上到下服務都很棒。服務好到讓我覺得可以忽略距離市區遠這個缺點。想辦法滿足我的所有要求，用心在做服務，賓至如歸，我覺得是拉薩唯一一家價格與價值匹配的五星級酒店。餐廳也很棒，以後還會選擇這裏

西藏一個月最後一站結束於拉薩松贊。這次行程於我的意義，在於終於克服了高反的心理障礙，並終於體驗了行程沿途的5家松贊，成了松贊粉。除了“柏聯”，這是第二個種進心裏的國內酒店品牌。松贊酒店有自己的品牌故事畫冊，看後既感動又感慨，在高原造酒店是想象不到的難。松贊不光是國內最好的酒店品牌之一，可以説是一個讓我覺得中國有這樣的酒店品牌可以為之自豪的存在。圖5中最左邊的長者知識淵博，如數家珍般地給我講解了很多松讚的故事。希望以後有機會住遍松讚的酒店。

非常滿意 酒店很有藏式風格 進門暖瓶裏有銀耳羹
早餐看到芝麻菜 酒店還有高端旅行 任何一個人員對酒店的版圖都很瞭解 培訓到位
不足是 加濕器壞了 給換了一個 和拖拉機一樣
