到店以後告知12點才能入住，在酒店逛了以後，吃了自助午飯，大概中午1點了，告訴我房間還沒有打掃出來我們衹能先去九保街逛，房間裝修風格一般，電視機下面的櫃子上有很多的螞蟻，900一晚的房間從我們入住到離店，沒有歡迎水果，沒有飲料（同行的朋友房間就有 ）有和前台溝通，説沒有時間送，到我們離店也沒有送來，晚上下雨有點冷，我們帶着孩子，打前台電話讓送一床被子到房間，到第二天早上都沒有送來。服務太差。入住酒店含3餐，有一點很不滿意就是，晚餐5:30左右入住酒店客人和遊客泡澡的餐廳是一起的，五一來泡澡的遊客很多，好像聽説衹是到酒店泡澡的也含自助餐，飯點時間餐廳爆滿，純屬瘋狂搶菜，！還沒有座位！讓住店客户體驗感非常不好。心情大打折扣對了，第二天早上起來大腿長了很多疙瘩，不知是不是一樓比較潮濕，床上發現了2隻螞蟻。服務不行，需要改善的太多了……

代着老孃出來放鬆一下 總體來説是個很不錯的度假酒店 工作人員服務很好 就是因為酒店位置在山林中 又是剛剛建設起來 周邊環境還沒有建設好 進出酒店不太方便 出行不是自駕的話 就要留個出租車司機的電話打車進出
我不願出門 就在山莊酒店裡逛了兩天 早晨起床吃完早餐就可以在林中散步或慢跑 讓後温泉裏泡個澡 吃午飯 房間睡個午覺 又去泳池玩兒會兒 吃晚餐 又泡温泉 然後回房間美美的躺着玩手機 舒服的不得了😊😊

沒想到在梁河還有這麼幽靜高端的養生休閑地，環境設施一流！關鍵是沒有騰沖那裡人潮洶湧的喧囂和商業化。温泉品質國內一流，離酒店5公里左右就是民國總理李根源的故居，到小鎮體驗純樸的民風，各種滇西邊境的特色小吃！非常棒！

整體感受很驚艷，酒店位於山澗，有自己的温泉泉眼，温泉十幾個泡池，有小童戲水滑梯，園區綠化很好，植被豐富，很幽靜，提供的三餐也很可口，推薦帶孩子家人度假。

打卡最美雲南半山温泉酒店之南甸雲隱~安靜優美的地方，則靜美之地而住之……值得一住就是個人覺得沒必要限制放水次數其實有時一天也許也放不了五次~去過很多同類型的酒店，元江的棲霞山，怒江的登梗他們也美限制放水次數~中途還出現了一些小插曲早上修水管放不了水經溝通晚退房一個小時~贊祝越做越好~

酒店硬件不錯，泡温泉挺好。就是酒店位置偏遠，餐飲跟不上，留不住人。沒什麼服務，感覺服務員沒經過培訓。

看點評不多，開始還挺擔心會不會不好，結果住了後，發現是非常棒的一家温泉酒店👍
酒店新而且大，温泉池乾淨，且飲料免費。
前台的接待人員，電瓶車小哥和餐廳服務人員都非常熱情周到。
早晨有點簡單，但是夠吃，而且有現磨咖啡。
我們全家渡過了非常美好的一段時光！

酒店的硬件設施很好，床品、環境都非常不錯。花園獨棟式房客房帶温泉私湯、加上飲料免費還含一日三餐的温泉區，體驗很好！尤其要説一下是服務，前台、客房、温泉區的員工都很友善。我們的房間浴室下水有問題，疆姓工作人員一直盡力維修，最後酒店給更換升級了房間。雖然酒店整體還有很多細節的成長空間，但可以感受到管理公司去完善的力度。這次帶娃住了3天，雖然距離昆明有點遠，但休閑度假以後應該還會繼續選擇這家的。
