I was full of expectations before entering the room, but I was dumbfounded when I entered the room. The room was very old and the environment was very bad. It was dirty, as if no one had stayed in it for a long time. The facilities are not complete. There is no direct phone to the front desk. The main light in the room is also broken. I only took a few photos. I contacted the front desk and asked if I could change the room. The front desk said that there was a room, but it would cost ten yuan to change. First of all, why can't I change the room for the same price as the room I booked yesterday? The next morning, I asked my other colleagues, and they paid less than 80 yuan and told the hotel to change other rooms. There were about 7 or 8 rooms checked in that day. I recommended other colleagues to come. This hotel is really disappointing. I will not stay there next time. Please avoid it. The service attitude of the front desk is extremely bad! !!! The toilet is about to fall off, the basin in the room is glued, and the air conditioner is on all night and the room is not warm. This environment is not as good as a hotel that costs 100 yuan!
