進門就有氣味，服務態度差，房間還有垃圾沒有收乾淨，紙巾都是限量的。第二天不做續房衞生還找理由，説敲門我不在房間裏，難道入住時留的電話號碼打不通嗎？到了退房時間不溝通，超時了按一天的房費收費，要開税票不理，跟土霸有的**，建議大家不要入住心裏。

看起來不像2022年裝修的，設施有些陳舊，窗户沒有窗紗，上面還有蜘蛛網，屋子裡有蚊子，空調調的冷風結果越吹越熱，前台説是設施維護，衹能關掉，搞得睡一宿覺快熱死了，開窗户還怕進蚊子，很不爽的一次住宿體驗！

房間還是很不錯的，樓層也高，窗外視線很好，而且房間還送2瓶免費的礦泉水，這麼小的酒店我是第一次遇到，服務人員態度很好，我們要多加幾個衣架，速度很快很熱情的送到房間了，還是值得推薦！

所謂免費停車是停到對面，前台説等出場交了停車費再開回來報銷，但門口雙實線，禁止停車…自己掂量
房間異味，枕頭異味，花灑水管斷裂…
所以理解了為什麼預訂不能取消

距離利川站步行12分鐘，旁邊有幾家可吃餐廳，對得起這不到88元1晚的價格。
前台工作人員熱心答疑，介紹附近幾家餐廳，大廳提供温水給16°C未做充足準備的我暖胃。
大床很舒服。
晚上樓下有唱歌的，因為環境寧靜，以至於歌聲傳到12層還能聽得很清楚。好在歌聲沒有到太晚。
不足之處是搜到很多別的房間甚至斜對面餐廳的無線網，我所在房間沒有信號強烈的可選網絡。

房間是一米五的兩張大床，我們帶孩子出去玩非常使用。房間也很大，唯一就是停車問題，我們去的很晚，酒店停車場沒有位置，我們去別的酒店停了車，主要是帶着長者和孩子。

第一次住這麼爛的地方，空調是擺設，電線是外露的吊頂是開放的，衞生間還有一壓力錶早餐浠米湯加饅頭電梯怪味，沒有地方停車，你們4.8分怎麼出來的，

什麼都挺好的，衞生間房間及床單被罩都特新乾淨，總體滿意。唯一不太方便的就是停車，需要到馬路對面的地下停車場免費。
