A great place to stay if you seek a comfortable hotel in pleasant quiet surroundings. The hotel offered us a free upgrade, the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast available offers something for all tastes. If you are okay with getting a taxi into Lijiang, then don’t doubt this as a very safe option.

Very comfortable experience. Staff was attentive and kind.
The hotel itself is villas, so you must walk or take a buggy to your room from the lobby.
Breakfast was great with many options, both Chinese and western. My only complaint would be the pillows, since after trying the full menu, I found all pillows to be too thin (I’m a side sleeper).
Super attentive staff that was always at our disposal, making sure we were having our best stay.

The room is quiet and hygienic. Since I was traveling with a pregnant woman and had difficulty in moving, the hotel arranged a room closer to the gate, which was very considerate.
The housekeeper Nigo responded to every request. He sent oxygen cylinders in the middle of the night when I was uncomfortable with the altitude sickness during mountain climbing. He also responded to the humidifier and other requests very late. I will come again next time~
