We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, nice and family friendly this hotel was. The food was amazing and there are tons of activities for kiddos. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay here a memorable one - big shout out to Amber Z! She made our stay so much easier and nicer!

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately the outdoor pool and the hot springs were not open for swimming due to pandemic restrictions, which was a massive let down.
The hotel's breakfast and the restaurant's food is very good and I would highly recommend it. The hotel also caters for families with kids~

Location is quiet, not that close to the beach but accessible by car. Swimming pool is large and the gym is good. I recommend the sauna.

Very good holiday experience, Xiao Tang at the front desk is really warm and thoughtful, the welcome cookies are freshly baked and very nice, mosquito bite ointment is also prepared, free room upgrade + late check-out, WiFi password sent to the phone, it is simply girlfriend-like care. The bed is very comfortable, there are many children and the sound insulation is very good. I slept for 10 hours, which is really the most comfortable night in Hainan this time. The breakfast is also good, and the holiday is extended to 10:30 for everyone. You really might as well try it. Although it is not a first-line sea view, it is also good to have hot springs.
