酒店前台單個服務員差勁
1、房卡制錯無法開門，打電話不上樓處理；
2、讓我下去一趟重新制卡，過程中一句話未説且態度差勁；
3、重新制卡後還是無法開門，業務差勁；
4、再次電話後十多分鐘不上來開門，讓我門口光等着，響應差勁：
前前後後折騰近二十分鐘，事情整個過程毫無歉意。時間：三號凌晨一點左右，除了第一點情有可原我能接受，後面三點相當差勁。

房間衞生一般，安排的房間靠近主機房，吵了一個晚上都沒怎麼睡好。攜程兑換了延遲退房到3點，前台1點打電話問，2點阿姨敲門問，還説了一句那麼晚退，既然酒店有延遲退房這項服務，為什麼一而再的催退房，又不是到了時間不走，中午想休息一下也沒睡好，床頭設定的燈實在是不合理，頭被撞了好幾下。

酒店位置優越，交通便利，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情周到，早餐品種豐富，酒店還有免費洗衣機和烘乾機，健身房，性價比高，是一次非常滿意的體驗。前台服務很親切，退房還送了小禮物

酒店挺不錯的 很年輕化 前台小姐姐服務很熱情 周邊出行交通都挺便利的 基本就在市中心 值得一提的枕頭睡起來真的特別舒服 很想帶一個回家😻看酒店還有電競房，下次希望體驗一下

前台小美女們挺熱情，因為帶了兩個小大人入住，需要視野開闊的房間，美女服務員很耐心的滿足我的需求安排，還多送了一張早餐卷，房間寬敞明亮，床也大，一家人住剛好，步行周邊吃飯逛街很方便
