非常不滿意的一次住宿體驗！本來對這個品牌的酒店還挺信任的。不過通過這一次就徹底瓦解了。首先前台服務員的那個女生愛答不理，我站在前台等了好久，雖然他在忙着給別的顧客辦辦理入住。但是我站那半天了，他連個招呼都不打，哪怕説一聲，請您稍等。心裏也沒不至於那麼不適，冰冷的態度讓出門在外的人心裏徒增一絲難過，其次，進入房間後像進入了暖爐一樣，特別熱。想打開空調涼快一下，但是空調怎麼樣都沒有冷風就給前台打電話，前台以現在這個天氣不熱。所以還統一供暖為藉口。搪塞我，就是説衹能開暖風不能開冷風，奇葩！我就想知道這個天氣誰家還在供暖，哪個小區還在供暖，誰家進屋還要開暖氣嗎？玩兒了一天了，肯定熱。前台給的理由很不恰當。反而讓人感覺是為了省電才不讓大家開空調。其次衞生做的也不好，床頭櫃上面有那種擦不掉的污垢。我用濕巾都沒有擦掉，衞生間的吹風機，外面的袋子上有白色粉末狀的東西，不知道是什麼，我用水給清洗了以後把吹風機擦了一下才敢用。窗户不知多久沒擦了，那叫一個臟！這假日期間房間比平時貴了近200，服務衞生卻跟不上，房間的空間也有點狹小。桌子旁的椅子和床尾的距離根本就不夠一個人能夠輕鬆的走過去，要側身才可以，房間隔音那叫一個絕，半夜隔壁房間打呼嚕聽的一清二楚，前台也沒有耳塞，自己又半夜外賣買的耳塞！早餐時間更是沒的説，餐廳根本坐不下，位置根本不夠坐，我和孩子在那裡傻傻站着等了半天！不過退完房值得慶幸的一點是那個高高的戴眼鏡小哥幫忙提東西去車上，給他個人點個贊吧！
