AC not working properly, no food in room, no mini bar, uncomfortable, old property needind minor renovation, many things not working such as shower head, sink not draining enough, sometimes not cleaned well. ceiling damage and micro pieces falling in bathroom AC filter dirty, walls in cupboard, could hear the couple next door having sex every time. head manager of the hotel not listening and almost rude. asked him to fix the VMC, there was too much humidity to which he replied that he is not god. I told him that if he cannot make a VMC changed I do not know how he is a manager. no discount nothing for the hassle it has been there. changed room once to have even more issues. did not seem double windowed either we could hear the street. barman when I asked him what he has aside of drinks, his reply was so low lever: What do you think I can have? it is a bar. when I explained that he might have offered snacks or small food, he did not understand. it is a very low level hotel for a high price. I will never recommend that place and I will even spend some time to damage their online reputation.

The location of this hotel is far from historic center but 10 minutes walking to the nearest Alameda metro, but first the walking distance to the Alameda metro station is not to closed. Then get off in Rossio metro station and walk in historic center. Then going back the same and going up the hill is not easy as they say. The hotel cleaning was fine. The staff too. Breakfast so so, not for the price of 9 euros p/p. Now the noise from next door rooms was horrible, no respect to anyone and beds not as comfortable. The are does not look to safe, but is ok. Just be early at the hotel.

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

Fabulous location, right by the airport. Clean and nice hotel. Great staff! Dinner in their restaurant was very good. The price was good for that location. We had to leave at 4am, so we missed the breakfast; they offered to make us a box, but we learned it was like juice and an apple, so we said no thanks. They have a shuttle to the airport, but we just walked. Negatives: The room was quite small. Parking was a bit difficult.

Definitely worth the money! Although the studio is not located in the city center, you can easily reach most of the famous sightseeing either by foot or by public transport or Bolt/Uber/taxi. The service is great, and the facilities are amazing! There is a museum close by which is about puppets, and I enjoyed it a lot. There is also a small restaurant nearby called El rey d Carlos, if you stay here please do try the octopus rice (which is only €9) and the dessert there, you won't regret it!

I had a pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Lisboa Aeroporto. Its proximity to the airport was convenient; I reached in just 10 mins for my early morning flight. The staff was courteous, and check-in was a breeze. The 24/7 free drinks and well-designed eating area were great perks. While the room was decent, it wasn't the best, but still acceptable for a comfortable stay. Overall, a good choice for airport convenience and friendly service.

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I must say it was the most clean, well organised and comfortable hotel I have been so far. All I have missed was a swimming pool but well we cannot have everything haha, they have got a huge bath so that’s the plus for not having swimming pool 😋. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyday they made sure our room is clean very spacious room and bathroom. Everyday we have got an AMAZING breakfast and DELICIOUS dinner with fresh juice. I don’t know guys who is your chef but take care of him/her as in whole Lisboa and Almada I haven’t eaten better than at yours restaurant. Very reasonable price and the meals were very very tasty. Nothing to add. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy and nice underground access to the Parking as well which is an important if you rent a car. Everything 10/10!

My recent stay at the VIP Executive Zurique Hotel was acceptable. This hotel has so much potential, and some more attention in a few areas would go a long way in transforming this property to one of a higher quality. The service was excellent. Employees were all compassionate and professional. In addition, the food offered in the hotel’s restaurant was of high quality. Prices at the property were fair. From a value point of view, I expected a bit more. I paid €439 for my eight-day stay. In addition, dinner was expensive and extremely limited. More specifically, in terms of amenities, the hotel boasts a beautiful outdoor pool area. Unfortunately, it was often overcrowded and littered with garbage. More attention to detail would remedy these issues. Wifi was available, but weak in certain parts of the hotel. A bar is located in the lobby, but opens late and closes early in the evening, making it inaccessible. The gym was closed during my time here. That was also unfortunate, as images and descriptions on websites were misleading. I stayed in an Executive Single Room during my week here. The room itself was contemporary and updated, however, housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days, my room was cleaned impeccably, others, housekeeping was abysmal or nonexistent. Towels oftentimes had rips or stains on them. The curtains had small rips and were stained. In addition, one of the blankets was stained. The provided toiletries were good. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were very poor quality. The hotel did not specially publicize a smoking policy. Oftentimes, the corridors reeked of smoke. Cigarettes littered the pool deck and common areas in the hotel. Staff worked hard to keep surfaces in the lobby disinfected, however, their efforts were undermined by thousands of guests utilizing these areas. I do believe the hotel is understaffed. The hotel would benefit from having maintenance and housekeeping readily available and on call for assistance. When I necessitated maintenance, I was told I would have to wait for the following morning when the technician would be available. While the rooms were updated and contemporary, the bathrooms were rundown. The hotel shows it’s apparent age on the exterior, and in the elevators. Some surfaces were cracked and not functional. I experienced difficulties in the elevators. They stopped working at times, leaving me stuck. Again, better maintenance would remedy these concerns. The location of the hotel is a positive. It is surrounded by transit options that provide direct links to cities all across the country. This is ideal for all visitors. Overall, the hotel served it’s purpose. I do believe the hotel is ill equipped to handle the high volume of guests that stay here. Housekeeping is marginal, and must be improved. Maintenance needs to pay closer attention to the aging property. Finally, security here is lacking. I have some concerns as it pertains to safety. Front desk staff has no control over people

I agree with the previous review, Hotel is hard to review, as some things were good and some things not. Location is good, near a metro station, across from the Gulbeckian grounds. There are nearby restaurants. There is an 8 floor mall a short walk away. If you see the Starbucks and big Tesla sign you are in right place. There is a grocery store near mall, called Lidl. A bit more economical than the grocery store within the mall. Most of this we figured out in our own as front desk staff seemed confused where we could get a bottle of wine, or American style coffee. Breakfast was good. Room was clean for most part, floors could use attention. The bathroom is very small and no place to put a shampoo or a bar of soap except the floor of the shower. minimal electrical outlets. Beds are hard, difficult to get comfortable. Our biggest concern was what appeared to be mold on the wall and ceiling by the window. I’m not sure if it was mold but face value that’s what it looked like. We did bring this to the attention of the front desk but it wasn’t addressed while we were there that we are aware of. We stayed for 3 days and we were not in the hotel very much, leaving early in the morning and coming back late at night. Therefore we chose to ignore to make the best of our time. Don’t know if I'd stay there again.
