Amazing views, rooms and area. There is no restaurant inside the hotel and the breakfast included is a a bit disappointing. There are not so many dinning options around.

1.環境與2380一個晚上的價格不符合，豪華湖景套房裡三張床，衹有三瓶礦泉水，沒有其他東西。2.地面是水泥的，一個不實用的大浴缸佔了半間房，淋浴和衞生間隔開3米遠，乾濕分離得太遠顯得不方便。3.68元一位的自助早餐無力吐槽，與準五星級的規格不相符。炒菜衹有炒青菜和白菜，旁邊是水煮蛋、茶葉蛋、山芋和玉米，西式的就幾片培根和很不好吃的雞翅、香腸，選擇性不強。4.大概前期因為疫情生意不好，酒店周邊的小飯店賺錢的樣子實在難看。大眾點評上都有套餐，但坐下後説不能以套餐價格點餐。5.丟三落四的我一罐滿滿的洗面奶落在酒店，據説被阿姨當垃圾扔了，是否真的不可知。總之，作為常州人，有種在家門口被宰了一頓的大怨種感覺。

酒店就在山水園景區裏面，風景非常棒，每間房都有陽台，正對這天目湖。前台小姐姐非常熱情，提前加微信給我們定位停車場，然後開景區車來接我們，入住退房都非常方便，有什麼需要跟前台説一下就行，立馬幫解決。早餐在酒店外面一個餐廳吃，挺豐盛的，如果想在酒店吃可以喊工作人員打包送到房間。體驗感90分，唯一不好意思地方就是蟲子有點多，不過也能理解，周邊全是水，容易有蟲子。

地理位置優越，就在天目湖山水園區裏，出酒店就是茶島。
管家服務非常優秀！
幫我們升級了房型，更貼近湖景最佳觀賞位。
還能預訂各類門票，預訂天目湖遊船有優惠，南山竹海的門票不但八折，連地軌、小火車，纜車索道都可以折扣。御水温泉的門票也有優惠！真的是入住check in 就把後續的門票都一站式搞定了👍太方便了。

首先説房子，全家4口帶孩子，入住很寬敞方便，湖景非常舒服，房間也很乾凈舒適，住着不擁擠。早餐要去天目湖酒店吃，不過可以座接駁車，也可以溜達，其實不遠。
再説位置，房間在天目湖山水園裡，在景區出入非常便捷，清早可以獨享園區裏的景色，非常棒！
最後説服務，管家小潘，在到達前就提前聯繫，給了詳細的路線跟遊玩兒指導，到達後，酒店的服務也非常貼心，温暖，住的很舒服。很推薦！

定了這個在天目湖山水園景區的酒店，非常乾淨，早餐豐富，前台的小高服務熱情周到，免費給我們升級了房間，非常喜歡，很滿意。在陽台上可以看天目湖日落🌄。我們去的時候是陰天，沒有拍到日落。

房間很大，雖然天空不作美，但是雨天有雨天的韻味，景色很美。主要是就在景區裏面，很方便，真是休閑的好去處。酒店管家高經理服務很好，很熱情。非常愉快的旅行。身心放鬆。值得推薦

特別驚喜的一次住宿體驗～
酒店位於景區裏面，衹有一層，房間全部面朝天目湖，湖景非常漂亮～
訂的是loft大床房，樓上是榻榻米和大床，孩子非常喜歡，樓上樓下跑不停～
吃飯是在景區入口處的天目湖酒店，服務員使用景觀車無限次接送～非常方便，而且景區內可以無限次參觀
特別感謝小高，提前一天加微信，告知停車、住宿等細節～有次我和孩子吃完早飯溜達回房間，半路碰到我們還特意等我們用觀光車載我們回去～
個人感覺如果不是自駕出行，住天目湖附近比住南山竹海出行方便，打車很方便
