It was very relaxing

Great reception welcome by Souhaila and Samahir. Late afternoon arrival with a smile and helpful information. Very considerate. Supported the request for a quiet floor with extra tea and milk. Gave full details of facilities. So lovely to be greeted with pleasant people.

Location is good, it's walkable from tube station with children. It was quiet ( in London!!); room was clean and quiet. The bfast was well generous!!!! One of the best services we ever had , all the staff was helpful and reception ( and security guy) always full of smiles and helping out anywhere and everywhere.... and it was a very busy morning with a larger group of wheelchair tourists also staying in the hotel. The team worked amazingly to accommodate everyone and their needs!! Nothing was a problem for them! We will stay again in the future!

Great customer service and an amazing breakfast every morning! I love this place and plan to stay there every time I visit my son in London

Property was good , room clean. Dislike no fridge and internet is not included in the room price. To add it was a few pounds a day. Price for room is a bit high , for a property not to have internet included, it takes away from the experience.
