Excellent customer service. Staffs are all friendly and attentive to your needs. The only minus point for this hotel is room/bathroom is rather small. Other than that my stay for 3 days are all good very good.

Nice place in the heart of London We slept one night. The hotel is in quiet surroundings but close to a lot of interesting spots. The room was clean and big and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom with tub. The noise of the underground tube may be disturbing, if you are sensible. We slept very well and enjoyed our stay! Very good price for the value.

Although the room is old, it is clean, breakfast is very good, location is very convenient, close to the subway station, convenient shopping around, delicious Chinese and Western restaurants are easily accessible, not far away, especially recommended!

The location is very good. Bond street subway station is just around the corner. It is very suitable for people who want to go shopping. Art galleries and museums are also not far away in half an hour's walking distance. The hotel's service is very satisfied, and the toiletries are ren, very comfortable.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I got upgraded free to the refurbished room from the classic room I booked. Small room and bathroom but with great facilities, a window that works and blinds plus curtains that block out the light. A little noisy because of the street down below but not bad. The room had a nice new AC unit and the shower pressure was very strong, maybe a little too strong with no clear way to reduce the pressure (it's either on or off).

The Edison is as good as ever and of such quality. Hotels in London are too expensive, so I booked the cheapest room type. On the downside, there is no view from the window. This hotel has a great feeling, the entrance is very beautiful, but there are many bars around at night, it would be scary to walk on foot. The toiletries are still specially customized by le labo. In the morning, the downstairs smells like coffee, and when you come back at night, it smells like le labo the noir, which is very comfortable. The room is fully equipped, the toilet is fully surrounded by rain, and there is mineral water. The light switch is also very delicate.

I booked a bed in a female dormitory quadruple room. The photos are similar to what I saw at the time of booking. There are toilets / showers in the room. Those who do n’t have valuables can save their luggage without coin deposit, and those who have important items can deposit 3 pounds into the locker door. The washing machine must be used for a fee. In addition to being a bit noisy, the overall feeling is good, safer than expected, so I booked a bed on the night of January 27th. Two flaws, one is that the elevator often fails, but the room where I live, the shower of the hot water pipe is too old, it is difficult to prevent the hair from getting wet. The location is quite good, the appearance is also good, looks like a very old house, the general health, poor sound insulation, sharing the sound of the bathroom shower room. If you don't go out alone, you don't have to choose a place where the price is not high. I should not choose again next time.

It's a charming old style hotel, but has crisp bathrooms and other facilities. The location is great—close to restaurants and shops, and walking distance to Bond Street station. There is a real fireplace in the lobby. We had an excellent Christmas holiday in London.
