A beautiful stay in a hotel that is in such a prime location with everything on its doorstep!

The reception was warm and friendly, the hotel was clean and sanitary, the breakfast options were rich, and the location was very convenient. It was only a two-minute walk to the subway station and surrounding tourist attractions such as Wes**inster Abbey. It is highly recommended for business trips!

The room was cozy and relatively small. The only downside was that the floor at the entrance to the toilet was uneven, and the toilet door creaked when entering and exiting!

This hotel is very good

The hotel front desk and staff are very good. My parents don't understand English and rely on mobile phone translation to communicate. They are very patient and help my parents a lot. The room is spacious and clean! I will choose this place next time I go to London.

The living environment of the room is still very good.

Arrive early after 10 hour flight and were allowed to check in, even though we had not requested an early check-in. Very quiet.

What a discovery this was. Amazing hotel for a very reasonable price given its location. Room was spotless and modern, the pub at the bottom (where you go for breakfast) had faultless service too. Warm welcome at reception and everything you needed is just a short walk or tube hop away. Highly recommend!

The hotel was gorgeous! All the little details were thought through, the bed was super comfy and the shower lovely and warm. The finishes in the room were stunning and everything was clean - it felt like a real treat. The only downside was the room was quite cold and the heating took a long time to heat up, once it did it was cosy, and it is January! I had food in the pub which was delicious and the staff were so attentive!

Hotel was lovely, room was nice and in general very quiet. Only complaint is that the heating wasn't on in the room when I checked in and it wasn't until I returned to my room later in the evening I realised I didn't know how turn it on - not great on a cold winter night. Luckily I carry a hot water bottle as standard when travelling in winter.

We loved the location and character of this small boutique type hotel and checkin experience was wonderful. The rooms are small but spacious enough and they have their charm. The pub below and restaurants around the blocks are great, and the convenience of St James train stop is great. Only issues were the bed was extremely hard, needs a pillow top or mattress cover. Also the doors are thin and we could hear neighbors going in/out each time.
