Pros: Room looks new and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Complete kitchenette including dish wash and sponge, kitchen towel all provided. The best part is free laundry with dryer.
Cons: Room is a bit small. After fitting 2 big luggages there's not much space to walk around. Housekeeping is on every 4th day of stay. No amenities like slipper and toothbrush (probably need to request from front desk).
Location: slightly further but still within walking distance to covent garden, Leicester square, chinatown and other attractions nearby. But because of this the room is very quiet and can sleep better.
These apartments in Bloomsbury are very close to The British Museum (2 minutes walk) as well as notable landmarks including Covent Garden Market and large garden squares such as Russell Square and Bloomsbury Square. The location is neighboured by many pubs, restaurants, theatres and outstanding shopping opportunities.
The building offers studio and one-bedroom apartments, beautifully decorated and appointed. The on-trend exposed brickwork (in some apartments) high spec furnishings and attention to detail in the décor have received many positive reviews from guests.
Studios are modest in size and come with basic kitchenettes (please see photos).
The one-bedroom apartments offer a kitchen area with a full-sized fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, oven and microwave. All apartments are air-conditioned, individually furnished and beautifully decorated.
Each apartment features free WiFi and free wired Internet, plus a rainfall shower, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, iron/ironing board and a Smart TV with digital channels.
Two underground stations are in easy walking distance: Tottenham Court Road (5 mins) and Holborn (9 mins). Both stations offer excellent transport links around the capital. The major train stations of London Paddington, King’s Cross and St Pancras International can be reached in 10-15 minutes via the underground, for easy and accessible onward travel to the regions, Heathrow Airport and European destinations via the Eurostar.
We operate several wonderful apartments in this building. The photos are representative of a typical apartment but the exact unit allocation may differ to the unit shown.

First of all, the location is good.
It's right next to the British Museum, so you can get there without getting lost.
It's easy to get to anywhere, so it's very convenient.
If you need anything, the owner or guest services will respond immediately.
The room was cleaned properly, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. There were new sponges for washing dishes.
Of course, there was detergent too.
I didn't know how to use the washing machine, but I managed to find it by looking at the washing machine's website.
It said that there was detergent, but I didn't know where it was, so I brought my own.
The shower was also clean.
There were basic amenities.
I liked that there were enough towels for the number of people and the number of days we were staying.
My family who went with me liked the heated floor in the bathroom.
I'd like to use it again if I visit London again.

Better than expected. Stayed for five consecutive days. The subway and bus nearby are very convenient. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the British Museum. The bus goes directly to the National Gallery, King's Cross Station, Big Ben, etc. The room is larger than expected, and there is a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, tableware, and kitchenware. Highly recommended. There is a supermarket and McDonald's downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. There is also Heytea nearby.

Rosewood London is in a great location. There is a Starbucks and a supermarket on both sides of the hotel entrance. It is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to the supermarket to buy water and fruit every day. The subway station is only a few minutes away, which is very convenient to go anywhere, and you can go directly to Sisley Airport. The room is very clean and the bedroom is well designed. It is also close to the Lion King Theater, which can be walked in more than ten minutes. There are many restaurants nearby.
The only thing I want to complain about is the bathroom, which is not well designed. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, which is a bit unsafe for fat people and the elderly.

Strand Palace London - December Stay Review
I had a wonderful stay at Strand Palace in December. The single room was comfortable, offering a cozy space to relax after a day out in the city. The bathroom and shower were excellent, with Ritual brand shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, and lotion adding a luxurious touch.
The room came well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like a cupboard, umbrella, locker, and was spotlessly clean. I appreciated the cookies, quality tea packets, and coffee provided, which made for a lovely treat during my stay.
The location is fantastic, just a 7-minute walk to the nearest underground station, with easy access to buses, making it incredibly convenient to explore London.
Strand Palace strikes a great balance between comfort, quality service, and prime location—highly recommended!
Step through the fabled revolving doors and be irresistibly, irrevocably charmed by The Savoy. For over 130 years, this legendary hotel has drawn people in with its original attitude and characterful service. From decadent Art Deco designs to elegant Edwardian flourishes, each of the 267 rooms and suites, many with unrivalled river views, offers a glamorous backdrop for an authentically London stay.

We arrived to be greeted by service and manners from the start to the time we left.
Fantastic location, beautiful lobby and eating areas.A lovely reading room where you could read newspapers and have a drink in a quiet place.
The whole place was a quiet place really. The swimming pool is good plus the steam room and sauna.
The food was excellent too.
We went to see Back to the future musical and it was only over the road, that’s how good the location it is as well as Covent Garden being more or less over the road too.
You really do feel like a film star staying there.Amazing place.

This hotel is the only hotel where the staff asked the guest to fill out passport information, among the 4 plus hotels we stayed at during our 10-day long trip to London/Paris. There is something to be desired about improving that part of the process to minimize the burden on hotel guests.
Our hotel room is also in a very outdated state, with very dirty carpet (visible spots all over the entire room). It is also in the lowest level of the hotel (level 0), equivalent to a basement walkout. To make things worse, while the hotel room is (unnecessarily) huge, it doesn't have a fridge. Last but not least, the entrance to bathroom also has a slightly sloped floor right near the door, making it a very dangerous area with wet floor.
Overall, I would not recommend.

Booked a classic room and was upgraded to an club room, upgrade is an understatement as stayed in a classic room in the past and was much better than this room. This room was basic. The room was cold and when putting the heater/air conditioning unit on for heat it is so noisy that you can't keep it on over night so woke up a few times shivering. The shower took a long time to heat up and even then it was only warm. This room had no where to put bags without being in the way so only good if you have a small bag. I would of preferred not to have been upgraded to a club room on this occasion as I was so disappointed. Check in took over 10 minutes before being seen considering there were 3 people on reception and again with check out as there was no key drop was asked for room number that I was checking out from but wasn't asked if my stay was good or anything no good customer service. Seems like this hotel has gone down hill compared to my stay about 5 years ago.
A monumental hotel on legendary location Located on the junction of quintessential Soho and Leicester Square, nestled in three- decade historic building with renovated artisanal interior, Leicester House Hotel welcomes London aficionado guests. Situated in the hearth of city, Leicester House Hotel is just minutes away to many distinguished culture and entertainment venues such as; The National Gallery, Royal Academy of Arts, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Apollo Theatre, Palace Theatre, and etc. The closest underground stations are Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square which are both 3-minutes walking distance. Easy access from Heathrow and Gatwick Airports by underground less than an hour.

The service attitude is really very good. The location is also very good, in Chinatown. It is very lively at night, but the sound insulation is very good, so don't worry. The room is really clean and not too small. There is also a small refrigerator and a safe. It is really rare to have such a hotel price and service in the center of London.
With a stay at Zedwell Piccadilly Circus in London (London City Centre), you'll be steps from Piccadilly Circus and Piccadilly. This hotel is 0.2 mi (0.3 km) from Leicester Square and 0.4 mi (0.6 km) from Trafalgar Square.

Zedwell Piccadilly offers a cozy environment for a short layover in London. The hotel is situated near Regent St. where much shopping can be done. Access to the Tube is easy with the station located within 3 mins walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is guarded with security so you could reside in peace and security.
My only dissatisfaction was the keycards. During my 3D2N stay, I had to reset the keycards for my friends and I 3 times, much to my annoyance. The staff were understanding however, and patiently resets it every time.
Other pointers to note:
- Breakfast at the hotel is quite limited, offering mainly a croissant, granola bars, and coffee. If you are looking for a heavier meal, feel free to explore the surrounding cafes. One i could recommend within 5 mins walking distance is Caffe Concerto (shown in pic)
- Storage of luggage is not free, costing you 15 pounds per piece of luggage

Outstanding
MMaha AlshihaOur stay here was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, had wide windows with a beautiful view from two sides with blinders that we can close at night.. the service was great, the food was good as well and the Thai restaurant at floor 1 was delicious! I love everything here and I would definitely visit again
IIanOur normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel.
All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queen’s standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.
AAndy NooGreat location close to Kings cross /St pancreas Station and not far from attractions, its 2 hotels in 1 that is predominantly used as a transit hotel for overseas tourist on day trips. The hotel is clean, and you need a room key card for the lift to move and also to get to the corridors of your room so security is good.
Downsides are that outside noise enters easily due to the old metal windows and rooms a very warm, it can be noisy throughout the night as people arrive and leave at all times. We had a room with an interconnecting door that the people in the other room tried to open at 1.30 am when they first arrived , they were also incredibly noisey shouting once awake which was at 5am due to sightseeing trips with the noise coming through the doors really easily, so it disrupted our stay . The breakfast was very good with a good selection of full English and continental foods, which set you up for the day ahead. Would we use this hotel again ....possibly
GGuest UserHotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasn’t cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasn’t functioning.
大大食仔The location is good. The westfield shopping is nearby. There is bus stop just in front of hotel entrance. The two stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy. The size of room is acceptable . There are supermarket, Macdonald, KFC, Starbucks, Subways nearby.
KKelsieit was quite a grand hotel with many rooms on each floor. we were pleasantly surprised by the huge room too, after staying in 3 other hotels that were abt half the size of this room. there was a fridge too, which was a bonus! the coolest was the heating towel rack to keep the towels warm and also to dry them quickly. price was reasonable too at abt 270SGD per night. location was excellent- just 1 min walk from the exit of Gloucester Road Station on the piccadilly line. there is a 24h tesco opposite the stn and a waitrose just beside. there is a stretch of food chains along the road too. you can walk to South Kensington Stn, which will have other food options (like Philippe Conticini that sells the XXL croissant!). overall, it was a very comfortable stay :-)
GGuest UserStayed here a night before a departure from Heathrow T5. The location is excellent, easy to get to by road from the M25 and plenty of parking. The hotel on the outside looked a somewhat run down affair but internally, although it was a little bit tired in places, was certainly clean and comfortable. A good choice of food in the restaurant, served up fresh to order and a nice size bar area to relax in was a bonus. Breakfast was good value and set us up well for our travels. Access to T5 is by the automatic pod service (cost £8.00) which is accessible from a collection point a few minutes walk (flat ie no steps or lifts) from the hotel, this is a 10min, extremely convenient ride straight to T5.
CChris134I'll give this hotel top whack, this time. Check-in is always very professional and the TV was working! My only regret is only booking one night as the breakfast is so good. I was in a bit of a hurry and wish I ate more!
I sadly had to complain about some seemingly disrespectul guests in the middle of the night but staff were helpful in sorting it for me.
The hotel is comfortable and very well stocked, for the price, and is right near Paddington plus some excellent restaurants (including the Italians on either side just up the road) so very convenient. I hope to book again some time (I thought my last stay was last year but it was in Feb 😂). Thanks!
CCHEE ZHI YANGWe stayed in a triple room which comes with a mini bar, an electric stove and a microwave. Walking distance to the shops and stores, easy access to both tube and train lines at Hammersmith station.
AAngelI am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms.
Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay.
P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating.
(No elevator/lift)
(I paid too much for 3nights so I was expecting a good place to relax after 27hours of travelling with a toddler).
