首先我自認為並不是一個挑剔的顧客，但這次的體驗實在難以恭維，必須客觀陳述一下，如下：
1、攜程上訂的，有免費升級房型的權益，結果去了商家説可以升級但還要補錢，醉了… 這叫升級嗎？商家辯解説升級是升相同房型，不給升帶私泡温泉的，好吧，那這你説了算。 但攜程上明明寫了，下午兩點退房，結果商家矢口否認，説沒有這樣的，都必須12點退房。 可見，商家靠攜程招攬客户卻不遵守攜程承諾的權益，大家自己評吧…
2、訂的豪華雙床房，本來是衝著還有個小陽台去的，結果給的房間並沒有小陽台，但預訂頁面的照片裏有，這個房型有的有陽台有的沒有，大家訂的時候注意一下。
3、房間用這種木條裝飾，味道極其之重！呆久了很不舒服，因為氣味過重導致一晚上沒睡好。大家選擇請慎重！
4、温泉池不算多，並且，衹有6個左右池子放水… 其他大部分空着！
5、早餐品種少，包子是臭的！
6、攜程下訂的，還要額外收取按金！
優點：
1、攜程上訂的，可以入住當天免費取消。
2、温泉處服務的小哥哥和大伯態度都很好。
總之，這家温泉酒店的價格其實和旁邊5星的酒店差不了多少，但是體驗真的很差！本想着算了，反正都消費了，以後不會再來就是。但這莫名的正義感和公共責任心，還是覺得很有必要把這些經歷分享給旅友們，希望朋友們選擇的時候多一份慎重！

酒店新的，衞生可以，但設施太少，一共不到20個池還沒開滿，地方太小，水上樂園太小，期得改善

度假村算很大但設施比較陳舊，住的房間應該是新裝修的，可能是資金不足，沒有全面升級改造
