本來到小縣城已經做好了條件差一些的心理準備，但入住世紀百年酒店後卻出乎意料的好，酒店的服務給我帶來很多驚喜：前台服務員給我們辦理入住手續時一直向我們介紹酒店的各種服務；入住後嘗試掃碼免費領取一些生活中的必需品而我們又疏忽忘記帶的物品，一會兒可愛的小機器人就給我們送來了，剛剛點了想要的東西忽然想起來今天嗓子有點疼就又要了兩片喉寶，一會兒小機器人又“高高興興”地給我們送過來了；酒店為賓客精心打造了舒適的環境，有免費早餐、午餐和夜宵，使我們遠途行走的途中有了一種回家的感覺！非常滿意！非常感謝！
