已經是第二次入住這家酒店啦～大概是每次來龍巖必入住的酒店拉 不僅地理環境優越 交通便利 酒店的各種設施也做的十分到位 給人回家的感覺 ～性價比十分～

酒店位置是真的好，就在龍巖大道上，去商務板塊辦事情出個門就到了。從火車站打車過來用不了十分鐘。早餐的品種稍微少了一些，但是地方特色還是很突出的，推薦大家嘗試一下面點，很不錯～忘記拍照了，整體滿意！

這次體驗非常差勁，從辦理入住開始便是糟糕體驗的開始，預訂時已經備註好的兩個房間相鄰的需求在辦理入住時酒店未與提前安排也未有電話溝通，在重複解釋了一番後才給予解決，本以為這是個小插曲不足掛齒，沒成想衹是糟糕的預演。酒店方在給入住客人車輛錄入車牌訊息的免停車費電腦操作的過程中輸入錯誤造成客人付款停車費，在客人溝通後遲遲未與解決。入住的房間內沒有冰箱，預訂時房間設施訊息可是明確顯示有冰箱的，更嚴重的是入住的房間和在平台預訂的房間內容嚴重不符，面積縮水，房間設施縮水，酒店在展示房間訊息時存在誤導和欺詐，沒有提供基本的誠信服務，在客人提出質疑時，酒店管理人員也沒有提供真誠解決問題的態度和方案。總結這次入住是一次非常非常不愉快的經歷。

酒店位於龍巖市政府對面金融商業街附近，交通方便，酒店餐飲服務不錯。雖然與洲際等其他專業五星級酒店有差異，但是在龍巖這樣革命老區這個價格這個服務很滿意！

第一天定的城景大床，酒店也沒説，直接給你升級房型，然後酒店隔音特別差，放炮吵的沒法睡，都睡到下午，續房就直接按照升級的房型讓續房！真的坑！400多變500多，第三天變700多！實在吵，樓上房間移個椅子都聽的清清楚楚，按了勿擾，服務員在你睡覺時直接開門進來。垃圾酒店！真的垃圾，房間到處發黴，破損！大家真的慎住！

春節期間從汕頭返程浙江臨時改道龍巖，正月潮州、廈門的房價離譜，相同的價格龍巖可以住星級酒店了，萬華就非常好！位置在龍巖市政府邊上，晚上坐在房間還能欣賞人民廣場的煙花，早餐也不錯！大力推薦！
