"The location is very close to the train station, within walking distance, and the tram and bus station are downstairs, which is very convenient. The room is average, and the overall environment looks clean and tidy. But the breakfast variety is small, not recommended, it feels average"

"It was quite cosy stay just for a night to sleep. Bed is comfortable and same are pillows. Floors have no carpets so sleepers would be a good advantage but they are absent. Shower is clean and nice."

"This hotel is very expensive, half price, but the location is super good. Remind everyone of two things, First, you can drive to the hotel entrance, but the navigation will be problematic. It should extend west of the highway ring outside the old city, from north to south (ie, Boulevard Royal to the south), turn left into Rue Nutre-Dame, 50 meters. Turn left into Rue Philippe II, cross two small streets, pass the Hermes Hermes store, turn right. Second, the hotel is mainly for luxury stores and downtown attractions, but all the businesses in the city (90%) are closed on Sundays, so try not to live in this hotel on Sunday, it is very boring."

"The hotel is in a small street very close to the train station. The room is clean and tidy. The old gentleman at the front desk is very hospitable. Another assistant is also very diligent. He helped to lead the way to the underground parking lot diagonally opposite. There is a Chinese supermarket opposite the hotel entrance. There is a complete range of Chinese food. It is great👏"

"The boss was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the tour guide of Luxembourg, so that we had a bottom in our heart before and understood the approximate location. The location is very convenient, about 300 meters walk from the central station, less than 2 kilometers from the core scenic spot, you can walk to it. Hotel equipment is a bit old but very clean. Overall, the transportation is convenient and located in a residential area. You can feel the daily living of ordinary Luxembourg people, which is interesting!"

"The advantage of this hotel is the breakfast, which is complete in variety, with fresh ingredients, freshly squeezed orange juice, and good coffee. Another advantage is the location, diagonally opposite the train station, which is convenient for taking a bus to the airport. Luggage can be stored. The disadvantages are that the road at the entrance is under construction, and the hotel's exterior wall seems to be under repair. There are several steps from entering the hotel to taking the elevator, which is very inconvenient with large luggage. The waiter did not seem to help. It was a bit strenuous."

"This hotel just opened in May 2021, it is very new and worth staying once. There is a coffee machine in the room and the bathrobes are also very nice. This grey series made us feel very relaxed. There are also childhood memories. The most classic style of Playstation 1 and Marshall speakers can sing on the bedside. The hotel front desk is very friendly"

DDryad-yangI highly recommend this hotel🏨~ It's been a hundred years~ It's very unique and nostalgic~ It's my first choice every time I come to Luxembourg~ If you have a room package with breakfast, I recommend it~❤️ The scenery is beautiful~ It's very convenient to come from the airport, the scenery is very good. There is a supermarket diagonally opposite the downstairs, and it takes 3 minutes to walk to the city center square~ The hotel staff are very friendly~ Will send 🍎~ The front desk reception is also very enthusiastic~ There is one person who can speak Chinese~👏 The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi is a bit slow~ Fortunately, I subscribed to the monthly data before going abroad, so it didn't affect it much

GGuest UserNice hotel, bathroom is a bit strange as the toilet is separate from the shower and the shower has no door. Limited facilities in the hotel and staff a bit unfriendly when asked for simple things such as an iron and a glass (only one in the room when booked for 2). Good thing is the bus stop being next to the hotel and free public transports in Luxembourg meaning you can be in the centre under 20 min.

CChak Heng AndrewI recently stayed at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to move around, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did find the bed to be a bit too soft for my personal preference, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location and generous room sizes, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might want to consider that aspect before booking.

GGuest UserThe place is gorgeous. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or a longer stay. Everything was convenient, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is overall good in terms of reaching the very heart of the city (~7 min walk), and the tram station (~3 min walk), but the gare district feels a bit creepy for a solo traveler at night. Luckily, the hotel is at the border of the district and the center, so you do not really have to experience the district. Would totally recommend.

GGerald PWhile it is a bit of a walk from the nearest tram station, the room was amazing. As a well designed physical space 10/10, interior design 10/10. Refrigerator and beautiful mid 20th century design red chairs were a visual knockout. The wall next to the bed had a panel that had to have been a hand painted “mural”, from floor to the ceiling a gentle blue gradation that was a joy to experience from the super comfy bed. I would definitely book a room the next time I visit Luxembourg City.

AAmunThe flat is well located and at close distance to the main train station. Unfortunately, my experience was not good and I feel Queen luxury robbed me! I responded to an email and share my arrival time. more than three hours later When I got there on time 30 min after the allowed check in time , I had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish, 20 mins later. There were lots of hair around (on the floor, in the bathroom, even the bed cover. I had issues with their internet and couldn't access site and complete my work. I requested their help at 10:35 and was promised a technician promptly. I had to use a nearby coffee's Wi-fi. Five hours still nobody! I called again and was told the technician forgot to come by trying and fix the issue. Eventually they did reach out to help but I left the place a day earlier.
