"Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didnāt mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there"

"Breakfast was average and environment was ok. There is a 24-hour convenience store near the gas station next to it. It is too difficult to find a convenience store in Lusaka. In a business district, you can go to the supermarket to buy something during the day."

"I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things:
I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30.
When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served.
When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while.
We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child canāt have creomora and they said they would bring but never did.
Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didnāt tell me the price though.
When we checked out at 5:30, they didnāt have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head!
So all in all, wasnāt a great one."

DDominicAbsolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the attention to detail in the roomās decor really stood out. I also loved the little touches, like complimentary refreshments and a personalized welcome note.
The bar facilities were top-notch

NNcubeThe hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didnāt spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good.The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean.The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.

NNANNANFirst of all, the pick-up and drop-off of this hotel is based on the number of people! One person 350 gwacha, we two 700 kwacha! When I left, I went to the airport to take a taxi. One car was 350 kwacha at a time. Everyone wanted to pick up the hotel. Secondly, after the online payment of the room rate was actually deducted from the store, I always stressed that I had already paid the room rate. The front desk told me that I would not repeat the charge, but I found that I was deducted after the checkout. The refunded money has not arrived, according to the hotel, it will take a month! The list that was given to me when I left was still wrong, and I gave it to others. And the hotel does not have money change service, the restaurant is only one on the 9th floor, will not choose this one! I don't even trust Ctrip! The information given to me is completely inconsistent with the hotel! Although I have been following up to solve the big money, I have not returned!

KKANGIt is farther than you would expect from the bus terminal, but if you have less luggage, it is worth the walk. It is great to install SPAR on the main street. This hotel is very old and needs improvement.

LLShero93Weird weird weird, that's how I'd describe my stay at Mika- Apparently they don't take bookings from Trip but are still on the app and have a number of reviews from people! They eventually accepted the booking and let us stay - The place resembled something from The Shining - EMPTY, quiet and eerie ! Location is good because it's near to the airport but don't stay here for any longer than needs be ! Also DO NOT book the airport transfer it is extortion ! Rather download ULENDO the app and book a taxi in advance with them! Mika were charging 300 PP - We got the taxi for 115 in total! Bed was comfortable, room was relatively clean but very meh overall - Pictured is the absolutely packed restaurant š¤
