"Location: Very convenient, within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées. The area feels quite safe.
Service: So-so. Compared to The Peninsula Bangkok, Thailand, it's not particularly welcoming overall, and the prices are much higher.
Room Facilities: The room size, layout, and flow are reasonable, and it was quite comfortable. The extra bed was also acceptable. The amenities and small touches provided in the room were also very nice and thoughtful. However, I have to complain about the shower door. The glass door guard doesn't close tightly. Every time I get out of the shower, water leaks all over the floor, making it very slippery. For a luxury star hotel of this standard, it's a poor choice."
