The Swissotel Tbilisi is in the heart of Tbilisi Old Town, meaning guests can walk into and around the city centre for attractions, parks and historical landmarks. Wake up to views of Old Tbilisi when you choose a 5-star stay at this central Swissotel. The Parliament of Georgia and Tbilisi National Gallery are within walking distance, while three restaurants and bars, a rooftop terrace, Purovel spa and wellness centre and indoor swimming pool mean you can enjoy your stay whatever way suits you.

"Choosing Swissôtel among the many five-star hotels in Tbilisi was the best decision I made on this trip. Every detail met five-star standards, and I absolutely loved the minimalist yet stylish wooden decor in the rooms. My girlfriend and I were celebrating her birthday, and I had emailed the hotel in advance with our request. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday surprise and helped us reserve a fantastic table for two with an amazing view at the rooftop Atmosphere bar. A big thank you to the front desk team for their professional and meticulous service, which helped us create a beautiful and unforgettable evening."

"During my stay, the spa complex was out of order! We received no information about this, neither when booking nor when checking in ‼️ Why? We were extremely unpleasantly surprised when we opened the door to the spa center and saw construction materials and chaos inside!! For a Pullman network hotel, this is unacceptable!!! Be sure to clarify this before booking."

"An exceptionally clean stay with unmatched, intuitive service!I spent a week at The Biltmore Hotel, and I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner hotel. It doesn’t just look clean—it actually feels clean. As someone with severe skin sensitivities, it is rare for me to sleep through the night comfortably or use hotel towels without having skin issues, but everything here was immaculate and safe for my skin. The service is absolutely superb and intuitive. On my first day, I requested two extra bottles of water and extra towels (two large, two small). For the rest of my stay, the housekeeping team anticipated my needs and automatically left four bottles of water and four extra towels every single day. I loved that I didn't have to call and ask every time. The food at the hotel was also very nice. The only minor downside was that the room's water pressure was a bit weak. However, the incredible cleanliness and thoughtful service far outweighed this small issue. I highly recommend this hotel!"

Welcome to Novotel Tbilisi Center! A modern 5-star hotel located in the Old part of Tbilisi, overlooking the main cathedral of Georgia - The Holy Trinity. Conveniently located within a short walking distance to the city's main attractions, such as the historical district of Tbilisi, and Sololaki, a footstep to the top of Mtatsminda hill to enjoy the Tbilisi panorama. Dear guests, enjoy your journey and let us take care of you while staying with us.

"I have a very mixed filling about this hotel. I’ll start with positives: it is very new, well located, nice rooms with great view if you have a cathedral side. We were at a family room which was roomy but not oversized though. Cleaning was good and rather efficient. Good location to reach all Tbilisi attractions. Street stalls around and some 24/7 shops allow to get fruits, snacks and wine (if you want). There is a nice small swimming pool on the roof which is a great spot for a dip after a hot day or in the morning. Now to details which realy make the place or ruin it … this time these are fatal (imho) faults unfortunately: Started with check in. The staff acts as if they are paid not to smile or show any welcome … i was unpleasantly surprised when after all paperwork was done I was asked to pay though my room was fully paid in advance. Funny that I have checked in online following advice I received in e-mail from Novotel which said that I will have just to pick my keys and go … never happened )))) Now to the room: No sitting space - just on armchair and that is the room for a family (!), no working desk. Large balcony with a view but not any chair to sit and enjoy. USB sockets are plenty but not working (informed the staff about that a few times but never got it fixed or explained that they were out of order). A/C leaks slightly and there is a permanent water spot on the floor (not large and not a big deal though). A huge issue is that there are absolutely no hooks, rails or hangers for towels, drying swim wear etc. just one lonely knob on the wall where apparently you have to place all towels for 3 people ! At some point I was about to call GM to ask him personally to advise my on a place where I and my folks can dry our swim wear )))) Service is strange … at 10 pm I was informed that no room-service is available at this time and I have to help myself with getting my wine bottle opened and staffing my room with glasses and ice (things available just on call even at 3 star properties). Breakfasts are very limited in choice we decided to skip and used a nice cafe just few steps up the road. I was surprised that even capuchino is at extra price (!). You can have only omelet to order. If your breakfast is not included - check for some other place (there are a few in close proximity). Pool: it is nice, however no sun shades. Changing rooms are also lacking any (!) hungers - if you take a shower your bathrobe and towel can only be placed on a bench. And no hair dryers (not to speak of swim wear dryers). Last but not least, though the hotel is centrally located expect a doubtful surrounding as there is a sort of market around with street stalls etc. No places for a nice dinner or a night out in a closest proximity so you better return to the hotel just to get in and sleep. Though the hotel claims 2 bars to be working within the property in reality there are none … the lobby bar was always empty (never saw a bartender there). The bar on the 5th floor is poorly designed, unwelcoming and is more a breakfast room rather than a location to relax. Asked for a asked of beer and received a bottle (for self-openning) and a glass just over counter (no service what do ever). I doubt that the staff which is not very professional in oppening a wine bottle can make a cocktail well … As a conclusion we have that at the price of a 5 star you are lacking: service, room comfort, dining and drinking options, properly equipped facilities, leaving to with just location (though doubtful) and new property (which is evaporating day after day). I wish Novotel of which I am a true evangelist will find this comment of mine and fix the case of Novotel Tbilisi to bring it to a true high standards of the brand .… I am sure it is overall a GM’s fault as it is his/her duty to oversee all the guest experience and constantly fix every detail. For now I do not recommend this hotel and will not return."

"Outdated hotel, lots of things need to be fixed Booked it for outdoor pool and bar side. Service is slow and mediocre, not really a Radisson level. ****** on the ground level attracts strange people outside at night time. Restaurant food is ok but pricey"

Each of its 127 rooms and suites blends smooth modernity with Georgian style touches, for a truly boutique feel. Revitalise in the fitness centre. Relax in the Executive Lounge. As a "LiYu" certified hotel in central Tbilisi, we also provide a variety of amenities and services tailored for our Chinese guests to experience.

"Everything was great, and the value for money was excellent. We're a family of five, and the staff were very friendly. There was always plenty of drinking water available during our stay. This made for a pleasant holiday in the Caucasus. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit."

"The carpet in the room had huge stains, and the walls were dirty and scuffed. It was quite unpleasant. The staff don't speak Russian; they communicate in Georgian and English. The reception staff were unwelcoming and seemed annoyed when speaking. Breakfasts were hearty and tasty. However, there was only one coffee machine, which led to a long queue because the cups were small and people had to go for a second round. The location is very convenient, with all the attractions within walking distance."
