Great location and awesome front desk associates!!!! Kudos to Jose and Edward for fixing couple bumps during our stay. As far as the hotel itself, the carpets and the bathroom needs a true facelift. The room ambience is dark and depressing. Also, we are a savvy travelers and always on the road here in USA or internationally ; we are loyal to Marriott yet seeing a price tag of $6 for water bottle or missing tea bags at the complimentary coffee station ( coffee and hot water available) was very strange and new to us. At every Marriott international or USA those have always been complimentary whether luxury stay or more budget kind. Jose and Edward and location are only reasons we will be back. Please consider upgrading the rooms especially the bathrooms. Thanks.

I loved my stay in Lynnwood—clean room and helpful staff. This location is close to Alderwood Mall which is convenient. Because I was going to the Boeing factory, I booked a hotel here, and the town of Boeing is almost half an hour away. The hotel is small, there is a free car park, there is a small park next to it, kids can play. There is a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, if the hotel user gets a discount coupon, you can get 10% off. The hotel lobby is ready to take. The overall hotel is relatively simple, with a very small gym. at first floor. The bed is the same as the other North American beds.

Beds were clean. Bathroom also very clean, towels were clean and fluffly. The only downside was the shower water pressure . Not high enogh to my taste. Showering experience wasn't satisfactory. The room interior looked very nice for its hotel class, furniture are new. Lighting were very good. In-room amenities were good, there were microwave and cafe machine. Staffs were extremly friendly, i felt very welcomed here. Big parking lot, don't be afraid of not getting a slot for your car. Location was nice, a lot of foods nearby. This is definitely a hotel to stay if you want to stay at Lynnwood.

We have stayed here many many times since this hotel opened its doors and ever single time everything was great. The staff are caring and the hotel itself is well maintained and clean. Only issue was the mobile key didn't work but that was minor. Breakfast in the morning is good compared to other hotel brands.
