Top rated hotels in Madison

Courtyard Jackson Madison
4.5/596 Reviews
Stayed for 1 night as a stopover. Arrived at 1am and service was fantastic at check-in. Lady was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and had all the basic necessities. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or outdoor area which was a shame as it looked inviting. Travelled with 2 young kids.
Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Madison
4.4/5100 Reviews
This Hilton Garden Inn was just average. Dated, aging carpeting in hallways and in the rooms. Found some stray hairs in the bedsheets. Pillows were very flat (I yearn for the day that mainstream hotels provide memory foam pillows). Breakfast buffet was quite good and better than other recent Hilton Garden Inn stays. Coming from ”hard water Tennessee”, it was difficult to adapt to ”soft water Mississippi”. Felt like I could never fully rinse off soap & shampoo. Overall, this wan't a bad hotel, but it was just average and showing its age.
