I stayed in this hostel for 2 nights and it was nice. Room, hall, bathroom, kitchen are all clean. I did not face any issues during my stay. You will find everything you need in the kitchen they even have free coffee. When you go out, there's food options just few steps away, theres groceries, metro station - Tirzo, coffee shop. The receptionist (Josephine) is very kind and helpful she also plays nice music. They let me leave my luggage after check out so I can have more time to explore the city. Over all this place is very nice no issues at all and very safe.

Perfectly air conditioned rooms that are equal parts comfortable, classy and clean. A perfect homebase for our first visit to Madrid for a good price. The owner is a delightful and enthusiastic woman that keeps the place clean and is always on hand in the day if you need anything, like more complimentary shower gel or towels. The rooms let little sound in from the outside and the communal areas are absolutely stunning-take a look at the pictures others have taken! Cannot reccomend enough, 5/5

Nothing to do with the photos! The rooms are old and have mattresses on the walls. I expressly requested a quiet room because I was traveling for work and even though I had other similar ones, they put me in one that faced a very noisy street. I entered the room and the heat and humidity were unbearable, I asked for the air conditioning control but "as the heat had not yet started" they were still installing them... I asked if they had another solution and they told me to open the window where It was getting even hotter! Anyway, as I saw all that, I looked for another place to spend the night and that is what I would recommend to everyone to do.

Hotel ideally located in the heart of Madrid. Decent room, clean with good bedding. The separate bathrooms are a little small but are clean The value for money is correct (/Chris**as period and its location) In short, for a short stay, without a car, this hotel will do the trick

I had my reservation for 6 nights, I spent the first one without any problem, I was out for two nights and when I came back and I was sleeping we felt a lot of itching, we turned on the light and we had hives on our backs, when we realized there was blood on the sheets and at the Searching we found "BED BUGS" in the bed and the ceiling, I had to leave at 3 am and obviously did not return, I asked for my refund for two nights and they ignored me and told me that there were no bed bugs even when we entered the room and they were in the room ceiling.

The departure of the hostel is normally at 12 in the morning, in this case it was at 11 and no one informed us about it, so they woke us up by banging on the door in a bad manner, without time to shower or almost to redo suitcase. The bathrooms were clean, but overall the rooms are very small. There are much better hostels at a better price in Madrid.

Located 5 minutes walk from Plaza del Sol, very close to the Tirso de Molina metro. It is a quiet hotel, where noise is not allowed after 12 at night and where you can rest without any problem (the windows have double glass, therefore, although our room faced a fairly busy street, They were quite well soundproofed). We chose a double room with a private bathroom and everything was very clean. The bathroom is quite narrow but is complete (it has a hairdryer). The hotel has a common kitchen where hotel guests are allowed access only for breakfast (with the option of leaving things in a refrigerator that is indicated to you when you check in). For the location and how clean it was, everything is worth it.
